I’m so glad I got the chance to complete this little comic for the ApexHolodays zine. High res version is included in the download [which I’m putting in the reblog, because links and tumblr don’t mix].
I missed being able to participate in zines and art projects, so was thrilled to be able to contribute to @nighte-studios “Mirage’s Guide to the Holo-day Cheer”!

I hope no one’s gonna even think about trying to convince me that Caustic isn’t captivated by HIMBO(s)!! HE COULD’VE SHOT THIS BUFFOON ON SIGHT BUT HE LEGIT JUST ALLOWED HIM TO FINISH THE LYRIC!
Also, hello?? Bisexual lighting? Even Big Evil Yellow Doctor has his weaknesses, can’t fight the power of attraction, eh?
Imagine the champions all watching a horror movie together, and everyone’s taking it differently - Caustic’s asleep, Mirage is making nervous jokes every few seconds to try and hide the fact that he won’t be able to sleep that night, Bloodhound is pointing out every plot hole in the storyline, Wraith’s trying to explain why those plot holes are happening but to no avail, Bangalore’s explaining how every single violent scene could have been handled better A.K.A. what she would have done, Pathfinder’s sitting there kind of seeing the villain’s point, and Gibraltar’s perfectly fine throughout it, probably even laughs at a few scenes cause he’s a sunnyboi - but then during the credits, it says “Based on a true story”
And that shit BREAKS HIM
and then Caustic wakes up, laughs at him, then falls back asleep
