There is something sad about this character. He understands the value of liberty, he wants to be free and the only way he knows, because of Mother Miranda autarchy, to gain his freedom is to fight. But he never had the chance, writers decided that biological weapons can’t be free. It doesn’t matter if he didn’t choose to be a mutant, it doesn’t matter if he was kidnapped and mutate while he was only a child. It doesn’t matter if he tries to find a way out. He… It doesn’t deserve freedom, It only deserves to die.
I never wanted a character to live more than Karl Heisenberg, for me, it was such a painful experience to see him lose everything that he worked hard for, His metal army, his factory…HIS FREEDOM. I never so badly wanted to destroy BOTH Umbrella and BSSA, just to wreck them dead, he deserved after all of the pain and agony he lived to be free, just a damn free man! But nooo let’s destroy everything, let’s RIP his freedom out OF his hands, let Chris being a douchebag that acts like the “hero” and uses Kral’s trust to destroy him later! I didn’t want to kill him in the game, I just wanted him to be happy and free! MAYBE he wasn’t right about Rose, BUT WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WENT THROUGH WHAT KARL HEISENBERG WENT, MAYBE YOU’LL BE EVEN WORSE THAN HIM, TRYING TO CATCH ON EVERY SINGLE STRAW THAT LEADS YOU TO THE FREEDOM!
