Halcyon
As I rested my head on his chest, the room a serene silent, with just the sound of his beautiful heart beat its perfect song against me… I felt deeply grateful for my most treasured blessing who’s arms I was wrapped in.
In that halcyon moment, I could feel us meld; Our existence as sole entities vanished and our souls became one with the other. Into a heightened consciousness I drifted, nevermore mindful that together we were stronger, more powerful and that nothing could break the abiding soul bond between us.
In that moment,
We were one.

Cultivate Me
I have no problem speaking my heart’s affection, in fact, its harder for me to keep the feelings suppressed.
But there are days like today that I wish I were the one hearing how you feel or how much I mean to you.
Sometimes I just need my heart and soul fed the way only you can nourish them. The more you feed my soul, the less starved for answers I’d be to feed the uncertainties that come about or my worries.
You may think it goes without saying, but I promise, a little reassurance would make a difference, would make my whole day without you physically, seem a little more gratifying and the pain I feel while I wait to kiss you again, a little more worthwhile.
Sometimes I just want to be reminded of how important I am to the one that means the world to me.

Bound to You.
I could never lose you without losing a part of myself. Like two metal pieces melted and welded into one another by an electric arc, we’re bound to eachother heart and soul, forming a harmonious and most beautiful whole. Our souls are too tightly entangled to ever part without ripping away a piece of ourself, forever wearing the scar of where we were once fused together.
