LIVE

9 PM : I’m just gonna read 1 chapter before I sleep.

10 PM : I just want to find out what happens next then I’m gonna sleep.

12AM : Just one more chapter and I swear I’m sleeping.

2AM : It wouldn’t be right to sleep after a cliffhanger.

5AM : What the fuck is sleep?

Anyone else feel a little irritated when you’re on your lunch break & trying to read & someone has to call you? Yeah, me too.

Can’t Leap Day just be for reading and not working?

I know a lot of people don’t like to do challenges when it comes to their reading. Some of us do though. I challenged myself to read 100 hours in the last month. Yes, I work full time still managed it. Less TV helped I mostly did this to see if I could do it.

*App is called Bookly.

Me: *listening to an audiobook*

*guy turns out to be evil*

Me: “I knew I didn’t like that guy!”

And there goes another book in to the “i keep buying and not reading” shelf

cashmerebambi:

TO DREAM THE IMPOSSIBLE DREAM

The best bit was he tweeted Waterstones and politely asked them to let him out.

No-one from Waterstones was on their Twitter account at that time of night, but half of London was still awake and soon after #WaterstonesTexanand#FreetheWaterstones1 were trending across the city. The police were notified and managed to let him out before midnight :D

Afterwards Waterstones tweeted “We’re pleased to announce that is a free man once more.” (x)

They’ve also compiled a reading list for their future locked-in clients

This is the best thing I’ve heard all day.

The compiling of the reading list for locked in clients is perhaps the best thing about this.

When the author describes a character’s appearance way too late and you have to quickly redesign the image you already have for them in your head:
