Daily art 307, “girl” emerges from “flower”
I asked my friend which Disney princess to draw, and she said Cinderella. I did the sketch without a reference, and only forgot the hip poofs, so not bad. I double checked before inking and here it is!
Classic look, obviously. Cinderella with side bangs? ew.

I faceswapped Nu (from Chrono Trigger) and Gengar (from Pokémon) because apparently I have no God.
Also I didn’t draw this in Krita because that would have been an utter waste of resources. I think you’ll agree with me on this.
A flat-color commission of the client’s OCs Jacob and Xia! The game they were in was wrapping up at the time I drew this, so it was meant to serve as sort of a “thanks for all your hard work!” piece - not exactly a goodbye, but an opportunity for reflection and joy as the characters take a bit of a rest. I’ve drawn these two a lot, so I tried to evoke the affection and warmth between them that I’ve always enjoyed drawing.

I was looking over my samples for my brush pen/digitally-colored commissions, and it occurred to me that the cel-shaded waist-up sample on there is pretty old - it’s actually one of the first commissions I ever drew! I still like the old drawing, but it doesn’t really accurately represent how I shade anymore. So starting from the next commission round, this drawing of Rita will be the new sample! ☆

I’ve been getting less and less happy with my art recently and I feel like it’s because I stress too much about making a finished piece every time I put a pen down on paper. I also want my lines to be more dynamic, as everything I draw looks stiff to me. Today I decided to do some loose sketching, try out a couple of new techniques and it felt really refreshing. Please be patient with me until I find my voice again
