I’ve been contemplating how I should show my finished bachelors thesis on Self Care on social media. I will share some photos of the finished project, but I thought it would be more beneficial if I uploaded a part of it for you to use.

I have designed a Card Set with Self Care ideasand I will share with you one Self Care prompt every day for the month of February. You can then try to incorporate the Self Care activity into your daily life or save the idea for later if you want to :)
