y’all act like strange didnt know the dangers of his spell and like he wasn’t warned to not perform it. he knew the consequences and did it anyway. he is cocky and arrogant which y’all don’t believe despite him having VERY little character development when you really look at the films and his arc. he isn’t above critique and wanda’s line does in fact make sense. he isn’t the sorcerer supreme for a reason.

literally just saw someone say that wanda crawling through the gong “made absolutely zero sense” and therefore shouldn’t have been in the movie… istg i’m literally losing faith in humanity with the discourse around MoM because like– are we truly not allowed to have fun anymore when it comes to movies? especially those in the horror genre? that part of the movie was so much fun and wanda being so creepy made me so excited. it being a fun little creepy scene is enough reason for it to be included in the movie lmao what are some people on??

the fact that the MCU timeline got put through a cheesegrater means that there is some universe out there where each and every one of our shitposts and/or fanfiction is irrevocably canon. And I think that’s beautiful.

i really appreciate the sheer amount of fantasy horror elements that sam raimi managed to fit into a 2 hour movie. we got witches, sorcerers, magic spells, rituals by candlelight, gruesome death scenes, prophecies, demons, monsters, spirits, possessions, doppelgangers, zombies, etc etc and i loved every bit of it

one thing I will say multiverse of madness absolutely nailed is the aesthetic. the vibes. the cinematography. whatever I may think about the plot and character arcs, the movie was visually absolutely incredible. so many images from it were so beautiful or haunting or beautifully haunting. absolutely 10/10 aesthetic

Wong as Sorcerer Supreme is literally the best decision they made

he is in contact with the other Sanctums readily, he studies all the extra knowledge which is opened to him, he is pretty great at organising, and he cares

he really cares about every single sorcerer under Kamar Taj’s roof, and he cares about all the innocent people out there, and he shows it with each step he takes, each defensive measure he enforces, each life he refuses to give up

and I believe he deserves more appreciation for it.
