❝With the gift to see into the past of a person or object, Moerai Madrigal had silently been deemed the more useful version of her papa, Bruno Madrigal by her abuela, although Moerai would hardly call her ability a gift. Since her fifth birthday Moerai has had to deal with the crushing weight of not being able to touch anyone she loves without seeing everything they’ve been through and she had to deal with the pressures of being a magical Madrigal.
After her papa disappeared and her younger cousin, Mirabel, wasn’t blessed by the miracle, it wasn’t hard to see that her family was in shambles although they buried it like the past under layers of denial and the five stages of grief. But somehow her family moved on in an unconventional way, Moerai stayed the same, always wondering when her papa would come back, wondering when it would be alright to talk about him again. And then Mirabel claims that the miracle is dying and it’s up to them to save it.❞

Not me joining the Encanto OC bandwagon
Anyways, everyone, meet Fabián Madrigal. Whose son is this, you may ask? Well, if you haven’t figured it out yet, look at the color I gave him. That’s right! He’s Bruno’s son! He’s the same age as Mirabel and Camilo being the first one to be born. His gift is telekinesis, which is being able to move and lift things with his mind.
I’m not entirely sure if I’m gonna flesh out this OC of mine and give him some character lore or something, but we’ll see how it goes.

I drew my Encanto OC’s mom. Her name is Elisa Santiago Madrigal (Santiago being her maiden name).
She was so fun to come up with a design for! Idk if I’m gonna give her a full lore though since my main focus is Fabián. As of now, all you need to know is that she’s Bruno’s wife and the mother of Fabián who died giving birth to him.

Just a father-son bonding moment. Fabián likes to ramble on about a topic to people, including his dad. Bruno may not fully understand what he’s talking about, but he nonetheless loves to see and listen to his only child talk about what he likes and finds interesting. ⏳

Some Encanto door commissions I took recently.
