Feraligatr - Hermione Granger may be one of the good guys, but she is absolutely ruthless and would need a starter (totodile) that evolves into a creature just as ruthless as she is.
Eevee - I feel like Hermione would admire Eevee for all it could be, but decide not to evolve it so as to not pigeonhole it into one type.
Meowstic - I don’t know why but of all the cat inspired Pokémon this one reminds me the most of Hermione’s cat, Crookshanks.
Alakazam - Of course the brightest witch of her age would have one of the smartest Pokémon ever on her team.
Dragonite - There’s literally no explanation for this one except it just gives off the sort of vibe I think Hermione would like.
Celebi - With Celebi, Hermione won’t need to use a time turner. Also, she would definitely have at least one legendary on her team.
I realize know this team is very heavy on the psychic types, that’s kind of funny considering her aversion to divination.

And here’s this year’s shiny rainbow! Did I get any better in two years? I definitely got quicker, but I’m still pretty lazy with claws/paws/hands etc haha. Maybe that’s what I’ll work on next year!

Weird as hell crossover I put way too much effort into lol.
Basically, Glamrock Freddy reminded me of Ursaluna and I doodled it for fun. Then I thought ‘why stop at Freddy?’ and kept going.
Glamrock Freddy - Ursaluna (Literally just because he’s a ride pokemon that’s a bear)
Roxanne Wolf - Lycanroc (midnight form) (Originally was a Mightyena but Lycanroc fit better. I mean they’re both wolf furrys with matching hair)
Montgomery Gator - Feraligatr (Originally a Krookodile but Feraligatr has that weird fin mohawk that made the designs blend together easier)
Glamrock Chica - Mega blaziken (I was really lost on this one, I just went with the one anthropomorphic bird pokemon I remember)
Day care Attendant - Morpeko (Not that pleased with this one but I just went with the pokemon with the 'good’ and 'evil’ alternate forms)
Vanny - Lopunny (Do I really need to explain)
The Blob - Bewear (The Blob is basically a mess of wires and each separate head is a pokemon. Funtime Freddy would be a Bewear because pink bears. Baby would probably be Gothitelle or some other humanoid pokemon. Ain’t put much thought in it beyond that)
Played Polished Crystal, another romhack that improves the original Crystal game with features from recent generations, but also implements other features like new areas and a restored Kanto region. Went with the non-faithful versions that also changed base stats and typings on various species, hence why Sunflora earned a team spot.
The very first Pokémon game I ever had and played was Pokémon Silver on a GameBoy Advance. I kept losing because I would only catch Pokémon that I thought were cute, and then never train them. But once I finally started to understand how to play the game, I beat the Elite Four with Feraligatr, Noctowl, Espeon (my first Eevee ever), and Vileplume. These four are my dream team. So nostalgic. I’m 24 now and I still play Pokémon on my various Nintendos to this day. Happy Pokémon Day everybody❤️.
