Quatro Queso Chicken & Waffles, with Poblano Maple Salsa
I made this dish for a contest sponsored by Chopped and the Sargento cheese co. I had to make a Mexican dish using: chicken thighs, 4 cheese Mexican blend, corn tortillas, and poblano peppers. I made this:
Quatro Queso Chicken and Waffles with Maple Poblano Salsa, featuring 4 main components, Poblano & Cheese Corn Waffles, Corn and Panko crusted fried chicken, delicious Poblano Tomatillo, Maple salsa, and a Quatro Queso Sauce, which has a little Ancho chili powder kick.

So I didn’t make the deadline to apply for Season 1 of “Guy’s Big Project” and I’m DISTRAUGHT. Let’s shoot for Season 2?
I hate when I’m watching Beat Bobby Flay and an ominous, rare hashtag appears in the bottom left of the screen.. in such a odd font choice
Food Network really got me with ‘Beat Bobby Flay’… I won’t watch his show but ILL SURE AS HELL WATCH SOMEONE TRY TO TAKE HIS ASS DOWN
apparently season 24 of worst cooks just started yesterday which is already insane to me but then i looked it up and they’ve been doing at least 2 seasons a year since 2015!!!!!
at this point i fully believe anne burrell could digest literal poison without any issues

Holy Guac:
avocadoes/tomatoes (diced)/red onion (diced)/garlic (minced)/jalapeno (minced)/serrano (minced)/lime (juice)/kosher salt/ground cumin/cayenne
I threw the pits on the surface to mitigate the browning and to make it look nice.
Verdict: Amazing!
