Our goal for the events – from movie nights to BINGO to a holiday mixer – was to provide a space for those who were not with their loved ones this holiday season. To everyone who joined us for one or all of the events: THANK YOU. Mom divorced my step father last week so it was a pleasant surprise to get to her house for the holiday weekend to find it was just her and I and we were sharing a bed. Dreams do come true.
