LIVE

I saw Great Comet in April and it was the most inspirational, original, and transcendent theatre experience I’ve ever had.  It fully deserves the Tonys it won, and so many more.  There are so many beautiful geniuses who have brought that show to life, and I am in awe of them all.  I honestly left the Imperial Theatre that day knowing in my soul that I had experienced a rare and beautiful thing.

Thank you to Dave Malloy, thank you to every single person in that sparkling cast, thank you to everyone whose work made Great Comet happen because the world is so lucky to have it.

Auli’i Cravalho singing How Far I’ll Go

Josh Groban singing You’ve Got a Friend In Me

Amber Riley singing Let It Go

Christina Aguilera singing Can You Feel the Love Tonight

Jordan Fisher singing Under the Sea

Tori Kelly singing Colors of the Wind

Donny Osmond singing I’ll Make a Man Out of You

(sadly if I could hear Josh Gad more, I would add him, Luke Evans, and Alan Menken to the list for Gaston)

and High School Musical Cast, HSM the Musical the Series cast, and Descendants cast, and Kenny Ortega (IN HIS HSM JACKET THAT I WANT) singing We’re All In This Together

So I think it’s time I finally post about one my favorite music artists (that isn’t musical theatre) Josh Groban.
I have been a fan of his for like a long time. And about a year ago I had never heard his song “You Are Loved“ (shocking I know right especially because it was released in 2006).
The first time I actually heard it I was in a poor mental health state and didnt think I could go on anymore. Then that song came on. I immediately started crying and decided that I didnt want to go just yet. So here’s my one year anniversary of deciding to stay.

Thank you Josh Groban. I’ll forever be a fan.
