So I have a slight issue see one of my Instagram followers wants me to play Dr with him. He is willing to pay me what I think is a good amount ($500+) to drive to his place and do things to him. What I mean is that he wants me to tie him to his bed and “abuse his balls so I can’t have kids”. What I mean by abuse his balls is he wants me to stick needles into them repeatedly. What do you guys think I should do my wife is willing to go with me. Her job in this adventure will be to do video work nothing else.
