#live painting
This is just a background I painted recently for Kana’s next Japanese foods loop animation. She made already two of these loops that are really popular on YouTube so I wanted to do my best for the next one! This time we based the location on one of our favorite restaurants in Enoshima (a small island near Tokyo) for its rustic resort atmosphere. You can see me explaining the whole process in the video below:

Now I’ll be the first to admit I don’t go out in public all that often, but ArtWalk San Diego was a trip yesterday for my live painting demo at Adelman Fine Art. I had a couple lovely young ladies that wanted an impromptu adult painting session, a dude that handed me his credit card and told me to sell him something, and someone that propositioned me for something I’m still trying to figure out. All in all, it was a great day!

Stasera a Genova, nel bellissimo Spazio Lomellini 17 (in via Lomellini 17, per l’appunto) si terrà l’asta delle abat-jour dipinte durante i concerti di Uga - Unione Giovani Artisti! Questi sono i due paralumi che ho avuto il piacere di interpetare io, rispettivamente durante i concerti di Lucilla Meola e Tom Stearn.
