Hey peeps, I just finished writing a tutorial for how you can recreate this tiny velvet scalloped chair (woot woot)!
It took a few versions to get the proportions and sizing just right, as well as configure the whole process of putting it together in the most sensible way possible (I usually figure things out as I go along, but obviously that would completely miss the point of a tutorial haha).
Anyway, if you’re looking to sink your teeth into creating miniature furniture, this tutorial might be a good fit. I break down all the steps with photos and detailed instructions, along with tips and full material lists… so if you’re interested, you can find it here or in my etsy shop here.
Also, my seconds sale will be up til the end of March, with half the sale going to Art for Aid. The first donation has been made (receipt on my site!) and any future sales proceeds will be donated on April 2nd :)

Just popping by to say that I’m hosting a lil seconds sale for some jewelry and minis I’ve made in the past that either have a teeny blemish or are just no longer my art style any more.
Half of the sales revenue will be donated to a local non-profit that sends art supplies to underfunded schools here in Canada (more deets thru the link above), and some of the items are very heavily discounted (a few more than 50%)!

Hi peeps, I just did a lil shop update because… it was long overdue :-]
I kinda went ham on making cushions so there are a lot of those. But there are also some tiny woven baskets and bowls, a couple of terrazzo tables, and also two embroidered armchairs (the green and the yellow one in my previous post!).
Anyway, hope y'all are keeping cozy and check out the shop if you’ve got some miniature loving fiend on your gift list this holiday season.
