#lorde solar power
Loving Lorde’s new cult aesthetic. How do I join?
When Lorde said, “I thought I was a genius, but now I’m twenty-two.” and when Lorde said, “I’m tryna get well from the inside.” and when she said, “We had no idea the dreams we had were far too big.” and when she said, “‘Cause we are all broken and sad.”

Lorde now is the time to release the 10 minute version of Hard Feelings/Loveless
Okay it’s been a few months, the songs have resonated, so I’m asking again:
What is everyone’s favorite song on Solar Power?
I think my top 3 are:
- Dominoes
- Secrets From A Girl (Who’s Seen it All)
- Stoned at the Nail Salon
What do we think the Solar Power tour set list is gonna look like? Obviously all of the SP album, Royals, Green Light m a y b e Ribs and Perfect Places and if we’re lucky Supercut or Tennis Court or Team or something like that. Let’s discuss

Solar Power album review by yours truly
The Path and Fallen Fruit are the best new songs on the album (not counting the singles because they’ve been out for a little while so it wasn’t like a new experience hearing them on the album)
and my single ranking is: 1. Mood Ring, 2. Solar Power, 3. Stoned at the Nail Salon (but i like them all so this isn’t me hating satns or something)
moral of the story: after listening to the album 2 and half times now since it came out; it is good. i understand why a chunk of fans don’t like it because it’s so different from Lorde’s past stuff and i get how you could like Pure Heroine and Melodrama and just not vibe with Solar Power. HOWEVER i like it. it’s good. different but good. Melodrama is probably still my favorite but there are definitely some songs on SP that top all of my fav songs on Melodrama ya know.
maybe in like a week after listening to it more i’ll rank all the songs
