Shutting the book on 2018. Sacrificed a lot of socializing, eating and sleep. During it sucks, but now that it’s over and I look back, totally worth it and wasn’t even that bad. Honestly it was the little choices that made the most difference.

Early Christmas present to myself. Gave up bulking season and kept up my summer diet/cardio. Actually lost weight this winter! I sacrificed so much holiday food and socializing but I’ve never felt this good or been this lean. Worth it
