Now that the new semester has started and I’m getting a handle on my schedule I can get back to working out. Chest day - appx total weight lifted 12,367 lbs.

Today’s workout - back day. Starting out I really wasn’t feeling like working out, like I didn’t have the energy for it, and just wasn’t in the right head space. But once I started that changed and I ended up adding some variation to some of the current lifts in the routine and added some new ones. Ended up feeling great, albeit exhausted. Appx total weight lifted - 35,847 lbs

Finally starting to feel ready for the wedding we are going to this weekend.
Down 26 pounds.
Lost a couple pants sizes.
I managed to somehow get myself down to fitting into a size 8 dress!!!
I haven’t fit in single digit anything since 2015 at least.
I am so proud to see where this year goes since this is only the beginning!
