Now that the secret is out (sorry, again, Jenna), I figured it couldn’t hurt to share some of my poetry (thanks for giving them back, Jenna). I haven’t completely figured out my style yet, but I’m learning all the time :)

[ID:A stack of crumpled notebook paper, with three love poems, written in the earnest and cringey style of a 14 year old boy. The poem on the bottom reads: “years ago/boy meets girl/story like any other/now here we are/side by side/there’s so much to discover”. The poem in the middle stack reads: “this feeling/like never before/sunshine on my face/music everywhere/the songs that tell of love/that makes the world/shine brighter”. The poem on the top of the stack reads “the sound of your voice/like bells in the morning/the edge of your wit/a stone to sharpen myself on/the color of your eyes/the sweetest color of the sunset/the curve of your smile/the curve of my world”.
