Who says Koharu is always irritable and bothered? That’s with Satoshi and Go, but when it comes to the big sis department she shines! After the family cared for Mamepato/Pidove back to good condition she teaches Sōta about letting go and returning Pokémon that rightfully belong to their trainer despite being under their care (for just 2 days!) and growing some attachment. She was never one to give lectures like these since she wasn’t that fond of Pokémon too much besides her own Yamper. Through this experience she finally understood more about the Pokémon and tried to pass down some knowledge to her little bro. Heck, even Wanpachi/Yamper grew to it also :’D
Just little family scenes like this make it all worth it for her developing character <3

久々に顎公式（英版）を覗いてみたら、リニューアルされてたYO！全然知らんかった。
そこに掲載されていたキャラクター紹介文が、日本のものよりも詳しかったので、ちょっと翻訳機にぶっこんでみました。
以下、公式からの魚拓とグーグル先生による翻訳。（2021年2月現在）
スコットはあなたがトレーシー兄弟に期待するような大胆さと勇敢さを持って、どんな困難にも立ち向かっていきます。実際、父親のジェフ・トレーシーが失踪して以来、スコットはインターナショナル・レスキューの非公式なリーダーの役割を担ってきました。
弟たちは、スコットが横柄だと文句を言うかもしれませんが、彼は間違いなく家族の中で最も経験豊富で、緊急事態への最善の対応を熟知しています。プレッシャーにさらされている時にも決断力と想像力に優れ、唯一の弱点は感情に流されてしまうことですが、これは仕事や家族を大切にしていることが直接の原因です。

bossy=ボスみたいに威張る、とかいう意味らしいので、弟たちからは親分風を吹かせてるように思われてたのかも？？まあ、たしかに新しい装備はいつもスコットが使ってたっぽいし、長男特権は存分に行使してたんだろうな。
家族のことになると熱くなるというのは、本編を見ての通りですね。
サンダーバード2号の乗り物と同じく、バージル・トレーシーは家族の中で一番大きくて力強い存在です。熟練したエンジニアでありメカニックでもあるバージルは、芸術的、音楽的才能で驚くほど繊細な一面を見せてくれます。これはおそらく、彼の「タフガイ」な外見にもかかわらず、バージルがトレーシー兄弟の中で平和主義者であることを意味しています。
忍耐はバージルの美徳の一つではなく、命令を待つことはほとんどありません。幸いなことに、必要な時に近くにいてくれることが多いです。バージルはIRのミッションの際には絶望的な状況下においても冷静さを保つ驚くべき能力を持ち、全てのミッションに正しい判断力をもたらします。
タスク： 解体、重量物の運搬、ロジスティクス
この文章だけ見ると、バージルがリーダーでも良いかんじよね。
しかし結局、マッチョボディを披露することはなかったので大きくて強い存在というのは見た目からはイマイチ伝わってこなかったかなぁ･･･というのが個人の感想。
アランは典型的なティーンエイジャーで、寝ることよりもサンダーバード3号を操縦することが唯一の楽しみです（彼はそれを夢で見ているくらいです！）
IRのミッションに参加したがるアランは、天性のパイロットであり、コックピットでも、ジェットボードに乗って宇宙空間を飛ぶのも得意です。物怖じせず、お気に入りのビデオゲームと同じような情熱で、あらゆる障害に立ち向かいます。なので、救助ミッションでは、アランが勝つためにプレイしていると確信できます。
タスク: 宇宙飛行士
典型的なティーンエイジャー･･･天使ではないってことですね。勝手に妄想してて反省です。
最後の一文がちょっと何言ってるかわからない。どういう翻訳が正解ですかね？ツッコミありましたらぜひお知らせ下さい。

play to win = 直訳は「勝つためにプレイする」ですが、ここから考えて「何としてでも成し遂げる、成功させる」派生して「遊びではない」という意味にもなるかものことです。な～るほど！
つまりアランは、ミッションに出たからには絶対成功させる、とか、遊びでやってるわけじゃないというのがわかるでしょう。という訳ですね。ご指南ありがとうございます！！

だってそう翻訳されたんだもん「年齢を超えた成熟度」ってｗｗｗ
たぶん年の割には大人びている、とかそういう意味なんだろうとは思いますが、じゃあジョンは一体いくつなんだよって話です。ほんと気になる年齢。
「自分の見たままを恐れずに言うことができ」っていうのは、臆せず物を言うっていう感じよりか、空気読めない奴ってやんわり言ってる気が･･･？？本編を見るとジョンてそんな感じなんだけど

たしかに、S1こそサンダーバードよこせとか言ってたり、トレーシー島乗っ取り事件など起こしましたけど、S2以降は諦めたもようで、S3ではハヴォックが3号を盗んだことを叱責してすらいました。
フッド的には、IR以外のテクノロジーを盗む仕事にシフトしたんだけど、最中にIRがレスキューと称して首を突っ込んで来やがるもんだから腹も立ちますよ。毎度仕事の邪魔をするIRに対し、機会があればブッ殺してやんよ！って思い始めるのも当然、そう考えればS3では殺意むき出しだったのも頷けるような気もします。そう、おじさんが悪いのではない！勝手に現場に来るIRが悪いのダ！！
レディ・ペネロープは二重生活を送っている。一つはイギリスの上流社会の表舞台で、もう一つはIRのフィクサーです。辛口のウィットと偉大な目的意識を持つ、賢く大胆な女性です。IRが何かを必要としている時、それが情報であれ資料であれ、ペネロープは彼らの情報源となります。
パーカーはペネロープのボディーガード兼運転手。彼には波瀾万丈の過去があり、IRから何度も重宝されてきた「特殊なスキル」があります。
もうちょいスパイ的な活躍を見せてほしかったロンドンエージェント組。時にフッドを追うのが仕事になってて、普通にGDFみたいなことやってたこともあったので、だったらIRを名乗らないでいただきたかったなと･･･個人の意見です。
トレーシー家の中心的存在であり、トレーシー島の家長でもあります。彼女は皆をまとめ、知恵と洞察力の源です。料理は得意ではありません。
おばあちゃんの長老感は素晴らしかったと思われます。指揮官はスコットでも、IRのリーダーはいっそおばあちゃんでも良かった気が。
ハボック ー 泥棒、コードブレイカー、擬装の達人。多くの混乱を引き起こすために派遣されます！
ヒューズ ー IRを混乱させるフッドを支援する破壊の専門家です。
この書かれ方だと、フッドがカオス姉弟を雇ったのは、対IR対策のためとも受け取れる？
カオスはあるのにメカニックたんの紹介がないのが不満～。前にあったような気もしたんだけど、削除された？？
ブレインズはIRの天才であり、彼らの仕事を可能にするすべての車両や機器を設計しています。
裏方で活動することを好むブレインズは、まれに自分の発明品で旅をすることがありますが、いつも気分が悪くなってしまいます！しかし、本領を発揮しているときは、ブレインズの輝きが際立ちます：彼は思慮深く、意図的で、完璧主義者です。ただし、プレッシャーのかかる仕事は頼まないように！

自分で作った機械で乗り物酔いしちゃうのがブレインズ先生の愛すべきところ！

スコットとはもっと衝突してほしかったところでしたが、S3ではスコットの方が折れたのか、すっかりGDF出向で悪党退治に精を出してしまってたケーヨ様でした。おかげで彼女の活躍がたくさん見れたので良かったですがね！
その他、ゲームも色々追加されていました。↑このスコさんの顔憎たらしいｗ

I did this using a site called artbreeder, mostly just on a whim after I used it to make my current DND character. I’ve always had a hard time visualizing the cast with the same degree of realism that I treat them in most of my writing, but I’d say this is right about spot on. If anyone else is further interested, I might tool around with some of the extended-extended cast, and make Casey and Jeff and Lee Taylor and etc.

As one, the two women turned and walked through the double doors to meet the waiting individual. Parker was very pleased he got to stay this side of the door.

there won’t be another eliot spencer.
for a lot of reasons, obviously. perfection was achieved early with that hot piece of punchy hands eye candy, and it’s hard to become a boogeyman when eliot’s name is already a whisper in the night. but there won’t be another eliot spencer because leverage international does not fucking allow shit like the (un)knowing exploitation of a hitters body anymore. there won’t be another hitter spending their retirement with pains that wont go away and mornings they can’t get up and a fog in their brain that steals memories and thoughts and words with the precision of a thief, but these are stolen objects not even the best retrieval specialists could ever bring back.
there won’t be another eliot spencer, not under parker and alec’s watch.
masterminds (or whatever they decide to call their point) have to budget field time for hitters. as such, teams usually have at least two, so no one is doing consecutive jobs or working after a bad hit. hitters join a team and their masterminds must have a proposal to parker within the year of what alternative role hitters will be trained for over time. eight years is the absolute limit for hitter only assignments, four after that for mixed roles inclusive of hitter, but those twelve years total is pushing it to the very max.
theres no private hot nurses you pretend are just a hook up and are rly actual nurses. theres a league of health care professionals recruited to help. they are better trained than typical US health care orders. no “black people feel less pain/have stronger bones/extra muscles” or “women complain more/have a lower pain tolerance” bullshit in their medical network. no gender essentialism bullshit about bodies or transphobic language or practices. therapy aint mandatory but damn is it recommended hard.
the episode in 2.0 with the woman whose cop ex stalked her planted a seed. like, fuck why dont we check in. and even if there’s not an active bad guy doing shit,, getting your life together and recovering from the trauma of victimization? that is hard.
leverage international becomes an ecosystem.
social worker has a bad taste in parkers mouth, so they call it something else. people who care. people who will check in. you are part of our protection forever like let’s change the world. you guys are the good guys and can do things we can’t imagine. so we are going to make sure you can do your thing, because theres only so much of an arms race we can do with bad guys vs bad guys.
truly an arms race: if it was nate’s leverage international, they would be running fire through the world and taking down every fucker around and itll be warfare, as eliot says in the finale of 1.0. and that’s how it starts with just them three but idk they didnt have to live like that. they shouldn’t, and they teach others they shouldnt either. because how many bad guy security folks are told they have to start hitting harder & bring bigger guns, but they weren’t so sure about this job to begin with, and maybe now is a good exit time? and then they end up on leverage’s payroll instead.
nate would be disappointed about how slowly they are taking own the bad guys with so many people involved.
but nate would never have come up with this in all his plans. this kind of collaboration just wasn’t in his alphabet. because as @july-19th-clubargued so well, god love that ornery bastard but nate? nate never had that vision, you know? because this truly an extension of hardison’s love. alec is here to make the world a better shelter for those he loves.
and by bre’s time, recognition has shifted to “actually, this isn’t just the scaled up adult version of a bully on the playground. this is the system. they have a network. we need to build our own.”
the jobs are slower and paced because (1) the bad guys are spooked because the fuckis going on why cant anyone keep their money why is everyone going to actual jail; (2) their hitters are getting more ruthless; (3) leverage is like trying not to destroy their crews thru exhaustion; and (4) Plan Fucking Ms are goddamn unacceptable like the fuck nate thr fuck,,, parkers three jobs in tryna run leverage like nate and like how did you joke about that how do you have so casually in your brain like, oh yeah hardison the “”“"weak”“”“ one dies.
people are going to get hurt and die, because what they do is dangerous and you cannot account for it all and no one can replicate the magic skill/luck that was working with the OG leverage crew. but. but. if they need to scale back and slow down and have bigger teams and more training or whateverto protect their fucking family then fuck it. that’s what they will fucking do.
there won’t be another eliot spencer, but he will always be remembered. known. but the legacy of eliots work is not that he was an indestructible force. but the knowledge that every life is sacred and to be protected, not just the ppl you are putting your body in front of to defend but also yourself. and thats? thats love. thats a world truly changing and changed.

Haaaaa, so here are some things i have to say about this:
- Look at Hardison in that second gif, aka when he is sure that Eliot is not looking at him. Look at his pleased little smile. Look at his little thumbs up. Look at his delight at Eliot’s delight, which he of course quickly conceals once Eliot turns around, because he knows Eliot will have more fun if the more Hardison pretends to be bothered about it. Look how right he is about that. Look.
- Actually though this episode contains my second least-favorite Alec Hardison character beat in the series, topped only by the horrible tipping scene (which I talked about here as an addition to an amazing post that you should read anyway, regardless of my attached rant about the horrible tipping scene, because it’s incredible). But look, okay, I am sorry, but here is the thing: this is Alec ‘Hearteyes’ Hardison we’re talking about here. Alec ‘Don’t Worry About The Cloud Of Love That Extends Around Me Six Feet In Every Direction, It’s Always Like That, There’s Just Too Much Of It To Fit Inside My Body’ Hardison. Alec ‘I Canonically Spend My Weekends Making You Guys Costumes For Potential Cons’ Hardison! Alec ‘I Love Parker And Eliot So Much That Sometimes It Is Literally Painful To Watch The Way My Face Lights Up When I Look At Them,’ Hardison, okay! That is the guy we are talking about, and there is no way that guy would ever, in one million years, walk out of a baseball game that Eliot was playing and kicking ass in. SORRY CHARLIE, THAT JUST WOULD NOT HAPPEN. Alec would be glued to his seat and shoving popcorn in his mouth while nudging the complete stranger next to him and being like, “Hey, hey! Did you see that? That amazing triple? That’s my – he’s – that’s my dude out there. That is my boy.” The ONLY reason Alec could have for walking out of a baseball game in which Eliot was playing is if he was going home to get, like, his DSLR and his decent video equipment in order to record this for posterity, or possibly because he wanted throw Eliot off the trail so he wouldn’t be expecting Alec to show up at the NEXT game, with said DSLR and video equipment, to record it for posterity. POSTERITY WOULD BE INVOLVED, THOUGH. Posterity or bust.
- And this is why, in my head, there is a missing scene in The Three Strikes Job where Hardison and Parker go to one of Eliot’s game in like, super ridiculous obnoxious fan clothes, Hardison with his camera basically glued to his hand and Parker with a ring of blue cotton candy sugar around her mouth because she’s eaten like 14 of the stupid things. And they sit just behind first base, and every time Eliot comes up to bat Parker leans a little too far over the railing and screams “AY BATTER BATTER BATTER,” at the top of her lungs, and Hardison has to like, do a super shitty half-assed job of hiding his camera while Eliot glares at them. But he doesn’t actually try that hard to hide it, and Eliot isn’t doing a very good job with the hiding thing either since posterity is TOTALLY going to see all those little grins Eliot can’t quite manage to suppress, and when Hardison says to the guy next to him, “That’s my dude, okay, that’s my boy,” he doesn’t both concealing his pride even though the dude looks a little uncomfortable, especially when Parker nods happily and adds, “He’s really good at hitting stuff.” And when the game ends they wait around for Eliot in the parking lot, and he pretends he’s all mad – “You’re going to blow the con,” he says, clearly not meaning it, and then “Jesus, Parker, how many cotton candies did you eat,” which he clearly means a little more – and Hardison just grins and slings his camera bag over his shoulder, laughing outright when Parker climbs onto Eliot’s back and kisses him on the cheek, because while posterity doesn’t need Eliot’s outraged squawk of “Damn it, Parker! You’re all sticky, I swear to god, I’m telling the cotton candy vendors not to fucking serve you next time,” Alec himself is really, really enjoying it.

dating peter parker would include… (with gifs)
-first of all him being the absolute cutest when he asked you out, like completely fucking nervous and stressed beating around the bush before finally getting it out
-the first few dates he always looked star struck at whatever you wore constantly looking like he felt so lucky but in reality you knowing you were the lucky one.
-him knocking on your door at night nervous you’d be mad at him when he bails on a date because he’s busy helping with his “stark internship” with flowers and a movie so you could have a make-up date then.
-the flowers being peach roses because he read that they represent gratefulness showing you appreciate or like someone.
-your first kiss would be after you catch him staring at your lips while your ranting passionately about some stupid movie. You’d realize you’re ranting and awkwardly chuckle blushing apologizing saying, “sorry I just happen to be extremely passionate about…” as you trailed off realizing he was leaning in before he stopped realizing what he was doing and began blushing as he scratched his neck “sorry I- it’s just you, well you were sitting there and you looked so pretty and I just couldn’t-“ before you cut him off by placing your hands on his neck pulling him into a quick yet passionate kiss. It took him a second of shock as his eyes were wide open but eventually he settled into it placing his hands on your waist as you faced him.

-but as you were walking home you’d end up witnessing a robbery and immediately called the police but you saw an old woman who saw it as well approaching the people robbing the store and saw them pull a gun so immediately you would go to help protecting the old woman promising you’d walk away and not say anything but then a siren sounded of a cop car so they grew angry and pointed to shoot but just in time spiderman shot the mans hands webbing him to the nearest wall of the store to prevent him from shooting but the bullet still went off it just ended up thankfully not hitting you or the woman but as Spider-Man was dealing with one of the men she noticed a man assisting in the robbery was getting away so she herself pursued him but tripped on the sidewalk falling causing him to get away but you let out a loud screech as you noticed the huge gash on your leg from falling harshly on the concrete. Angrily you stood up wanting to pursue the man till you heard a familiar voice call out from behind you “Rosey?” Which was your boyfriends nickname for you because he knew it was your favorite flower. But all you saw was spiderman rushing towards you making sure you were okay, confused you looked at him distraught till he pulled off his mask, “p-peter?”
-literally being even more in love with peter if that was even possible after finding out he was spiderman.

-those study dates starting off with you sitting Indian style on the edge of his bed reading shakespeare to him making fun of the language as he sat by the headboard admiring you while he had his history book in his lap reading it. Eventually you were both silently reading your books not focused whatsoever on studying just stealing glances at each other till you locked eyes and he said, “yeah okay the renaissance can wait” as he closed the book abruptly tossing it to the side as you giggled turning to him tossing your book as his hands gripped your neck gently but quickly and urgently pulling you into a soft kiss.

-him surprising you by flipping you over so he was on top (he’d been pretty comfortable in your relationship so he was fine doing stuff like this but his confidence still shocked you)
-him making out with you as you gently bit on his lip having him let out a small moan which only drove you more insane.
-him removing his lips from you letting them trail from your ear which made you shiver down your jaw to your neck, leaving little kisses which made you moan loudly. Your breathing picked up as he seemed to gain confidence from hearing your whimpers of pleasure from his love bites.
-him surprising you in your room with your favorite flowers— peach roses from your first few dates.
-and by surprise I mean he literally sneaks in through your window so when you turn around there are just peach roses on the counter making you smile knowing he was right behind you, so you’d turn around a big smile on your face as you jumped on to him in a hug wrapping your legs around his waist making him chuckle as you were insanely happy to see he was okay after going to help tony somewhere on mission.
-you being super protective over him terrified he was taking on too much even though you knew how much he wanted to help people was just part of who he was even if it meant him constantly putting himself in danger.

-him continuing not hearing you, “perfect, I wanted it to be special. I can’t believe I messed-“
-“PETER,” you told him catching his attention
-“yes?” He asked scared
-you walking straight through the door your hands grabbing him by the collar pulling him into an insanely passionate kiss as you wrapped your arms around his neck smiling as he pulled back both of you blushing as you then spoke up, “I love you too.”
-you both being the literal fucking cutest couple in the world
-peter always being super gentle and asking before doing anything serious even though you’ve been together for six months.
-your heart constantly breaking a little every time he leaves
-you and aunt may bonding as she begins to like you considering how much you’re around peter, liking you mainly because of how happy you make him. Plus whenever he’s gone you bring her Chinese food and watch movies with her to distract you both from the fact that he’s in danger. But despite all this, aunt may is still very mother like with threats about how if you ever hurt him she’d find worse ways then burning to kill you.
-him still after so much time together looking so lucky to have you and as star struck as he was at the beginning.
-eventually him being extremely comfortable with you that he’d shock you by mid- history class sending you a note to look at your phone on which you’d find a text reading “supply closet?” Which was where you two would sneak off to make out which made you blush super red even though you’re the one who yanked him in there the first time after you’d been frustrated and needed to see him which leads to passionate and urgent make out sessions.
