What do you consider the pillars of your diet? Like not what you consider the most delicious, or even necessarily your “favorite” food, but the food that if you look within your heart and are honest with yourself actually eat more often than anything else? I think mine is toast, broccoli, and eggs
Baked potato and chicken strip (you can put ANYTHING on a baked potato and dip a chicken strip in ANYTHING, so this is very versatile).
Scrambled eggs (prepared in a microwave).
Sandwich–either PB&J or bologna and cheese
Canned soup
Boxed mac and cheese with frozen peas.
Cereal and juice.
Those plus apples, bananas, and yoghurt for snacks are probably like 90% of my diet.
Almonds are arguably the best nut to be munching on these days.
You always here non-vegans continually question vegans on how in God’s green Earth are we getting our proper protein content. It is one of those odd questions that despite all the press on protein and the fact that humans, namely Americans, over eat and intake too much protein anyway, that vegans are still stereotyped as lacking…
