Deborah Turbeville - Wallflower. Congreve Pub. Co., distributed by Simon and Schuster, 1978. Hardcover, First Edition. 

Deborah Turbeville is one of my favorite photographers and this 1978 book was the first photobook she ever published.

Hussein Chalayan, 2011, Rizzoli, 276 pages.

This was printed at the time of the fantastic exhibition Hussein Chalayan, récits de mode at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, one of the best fashion exhibitions I’ve ever attended - and it’s no surprise that this is one of the best books on fashion I’ve ever seen, both in content and design.

Robby Müller - Polaroid

First Edition, 2016, Buchhandlung Walther König, 2 Hardcover books in a slipcase, 94 pages.

Published in 2016 on the occasion of the EYE Film Museum Amsterdam’s exhibition Master of Light: Robby Müller, Cinematographer of Wim Wenders, Jim Jarmusch, Lars von Trier and Steve McQueen. The two volumes, Interior and Exterior, feature photos taken between 1976 and 1994, printed in polaroid size.

Ho appena finito di creare il mio primo libro fotografico con @motifphotos e tenetemi forte - impazzisco dalla gioia! ‍♀️

⌛️ Era davvero una di quelle cose che non potevo più rimandare.
Creare ricordi è quasi inutile se nessuno mai li vede dopo che hai scattato la foto.

Lasciatemi dire - creare questo album con Motif è stato super veloce e semplice, scegliendo i miei migliori scatti direttamente da Photos sul mio . L’integrazione con macOS funziona alla perfezione, dovete provare!

E che bello rivedere alcune foto! Non ricordavo nemmeno molti di questi momenti (Arianna è cresciuta un sacco dall’anno scorso) e adesso non vedo l’ora di averli a casa in un libro.
.
Ho deciso che creerò un libro per ogni stagione e uno più piccolo per singoli eventi importanti.

Zillions of pictures took every single year. Every week of our lives carefully documented. Well ordered archives for every month.
And where do these all precious things end up? On my hard drive. ‍♀️

I’ve just finished creating my first photo book with @motifphotos and hold me tight - I’m so joyful! ‍♀️

⌛️ Yes, this was one of the things I couldn’t postpone anymore. Making memories is almost useless if no one ever sees them once you took the pic.

Let me tell you - creating this album with Motif Photos was super quick and easy, choosing the best snaps straight from Photos on my . The integration for macOS works just perfectly, you gotta try.

And how good to see some pics again!
I didn’t even remember all those lovely moments (Arianna got so much bigger since last year) and now I can’t wait to have them all delivered as book. .
My plan is to make a Motif book printed for every season and separately for bigger events. .
