LIVE

heey everyone,

sorry that I did not upload yesterday, I was very busy in the evening and totally forgot. I did do a lot, mostly cleaning up the paths and building some bushes, trees and rocks. I also planned out where I want to have the animal pens and the houses for the people that take care of the animals. unfortunately I did not take a screenshot, but enjoy this gif!!

This weekend I will not be uploading, because I am going to work my garden. I am going to make a herb garden! I hope that I will last longer than the last herb garden I made.

I hope you will have an amazing weekend!

2ha #13 is now available online.

Issue 13 considers the physical, legal, economic and symbolic borders which bind our everyday definition of suburban life. Three essays outline the contested nature of this space and the multiple means of separation made for the benefit of some, to the exclusion of others.

James O'Leary (Architect and Lecturer, UCL Bartlett) describes the origins of Belfast’s ‘Peace walls’, the shaping of the residential areas through which they run, and their continued impact on the development of the city.

Therese Kenna (Lecturer, UCC) discusses the shifting methods of boundary-making since the emergence of the modern suburb and how trends in design, urban governance, and the law are undermining the possibility of a shared metropolitan future.

Walter Greason (Dean of the Honors School, Monmouth University) highlights the conflagration of race, racism, urbanism, and economic development which persists, and is in some cases maintained by the chaotic application of zoning principles in the United States’ ex-urban edge.

This is Maple, a software that solve differential equations of linear systems. For Fundamentals of Automation’s exam we must deliver a project made with this software.

Yesterday I started “The man in the high castle”, I think it’s an amazing serie.

Today I’ve studied a lot. I wrote Operative Systems’ notes and also watched the majority of ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ seasons 2 and 3.

writing-questions-answered:

Anonymous asked: Hello! I’m going to do NaNo for first time. And I have a lot of pages describing the different cultures and characters of my story. As well as an ambiguous timeline of events, relationships between my characters and a few in between scenes of the story. How can I turn this into a serious chapters’s structure?

There are a lot of posts in the Master List that I think will help you:

How to Give Your Story a Purpose
Figuring Out a Plot
Turning Ideas into a Story
Finding an Entry Point Into Your Story

If you have a loose timeline, you can sometimes use that to build a chapter list. Try making a table with three columns and twenty rows. Number the first column 1-20, second column 21-40, third column 41-60. It will look like this:

You can think of the columns as “beginning, middle, end” or “act one, act two, act three.” Whichever is most helpful to you. Now you can go through your loose timeline and plug in events and scenes where you think they might go. Once you have a few events plugged in, you can look at what will need to come before and after those events. What has to happen to get your characters into position for each event to take place?

Remember that this is just an exercise to help you visualize your story. You don’t need to have sixty chapters. You can cross out empty chapters and re-number them later. You also don’t have to follow this to a tee. It should help you get a better idea of the events of your story, however. :)
