My poor baby girl life seems to be out to get us at the moment

A deep puncture wound means antibiotics, pain killers and bed rest for N Dog. My heart is breaking watching her in pain and not being able to take it away.

Fingers crossed for quick healing and god help us all when I break the news she’s can’t come running with me for the next while….

Her dental procedure went well. Two deteriorating molars were pulled and two roots of broken teeth were cleaned out as well. She’s a bit sore but hopefully her soft food diet will make up for it. Happy to have her back home

Update: she’s doing ok. She’s been eating her regular (hard) food along with some soft wet food so that’s a good sign. Doesn’t seem to be in pain, but my worries have not disappeared yet and probably won’t until after the vet.
