Growth.
I’m so pumped to begin a new routine. My quarantine has been so bizarre, and routine-less. I noticed today my depression creeping back in and I knew I needed to get the heck out of dodge.
This pic is not only my night routine, but also an image of what I want my days to look like. Less screens, more reading, writing, drawing, meditation, and love.
I’ve known I needed to solidify my isolated days, but I needed to feel that urge to change. It is strange that my head can know something my heart can’t feel, but it’s finding where the head and heart are on balanced scales—that’s the key. I think I’ve hit it, so let’s go ♀️
