After working almost a 60 hour work week last week. I finally got back in the gym. Im still exhausted but I needed some therapy Didn’t get as much as I wanted because my knees have been flairing up. Hopefully when I see my new knee doc he can help me out. It’s been 9 years with this pain. I’m ready to solve it. Still going to work out!
