Drawing Pokemon by memory while tipsy episode 1 part 2/2
Just in case it may be difficult to read, on Zarude, I originally misread Zarude as Zygarde and didn’t notice until I got done drawing those 3 forms(Anyways those were the only forms I remembered).
I went back and drew “Zarude” but accidentally drew Zeraora instead since I’m super unfamiliar with those two and completely forgot that that’s what Zarude looked like.
And she’s done!! I haven’t worked with acrylics in a few years and it was super fun to paint again!
Enjoy some glamor shots with an additional cemetery painting on the back. Had to paint something while waiting for the front to dry.
The scene definitely end up being too ambitious,,, for the quality of paint I had to go in and paint multiple layers to achieve an opaque quality to a few areas
Demonic Gallade are strongest on the night of new moon, making formidable fighters that tend to lack the chivalrous nature of their purebred kin. Their abilities and combat prowess are only amplified during Mega Evolution, and one would be foolish to mistake this crossbreed for an honorable warrior.
Mega Demoness Gardevoir delight in singing during the new moon, and their eerie song is said to curse those who hear it into eternal servitude.
When a female Mimikyu is bred with a male Pumpkaboo or Gourgeist, the resulting crossbreed is known as Pumpkaboo Guise Mimikyu. These Pokémon prefer to disguise themselves as Pumpkaboo, and will carefully craft their costumes to try to appeal to lovers of the Pumpkin Pokémon. If their disguise is damaged beyond repair, they will seek out a pumpkin, gourd, or jack-o-lantern to hide in until a replacement is complete.
Probably not the best time thematically to post this, but I’m gonna do it anyway! This was for a Halloween Pokemon zine, and I had such a blast getting to draw all these spooky critters. I had never drawn a Braixen before, so that was especially fun for me. I can’t wait to get some prints of this done, and I hope you all enjoy!
Autumn festivals often feature competitions to raise the largest and smallest Pumpkaboo. The pokemon are carefully inspected to prove their extreme size is not due to mistreatment. It’s these traditions that created the huge range of Pumpkaboo sizes today.
All caught in a single day (u okay shiny odds ???) Pumpkaboo took less than 30 mins, Phantump took about an hour and the two others, well they took less than 10mins each after one other. What.
