I had to make this sketch immediately when I found out the VAs for Mirage (Deidara) is Roger Smith, and Caustic (Sasori in Hiruko) is voiced by JB Blank!

- - - the second idea about Hidan/Kakuzu was Kakuzu saying “pay me first” but we all know that he woudn’t mind to get a bit closer with his favourite idiot ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I said I would post the odd bit of cosplay content and then never did,
So here’s the first two new cosplays of the year, I wanted to start the new year off with my first comfort ship, Deidara was my first comfort character and Sasori was such a dope interesting character, as an aspiring young artist I loved these two so much and I never thought I’d cosplay either of them bc I was to scared to approach them, but I eventually got over it finally and glad I did Bc it was so fun and so nostalgic
i am not an artist. but i had to draw these before i could write the fic! (they have no faces because i didn’t want to fuck anything up. i wish i could have drawn their cool makeup!! )
*Sasori walks through the front door, carrying a sleeping, dress-clad Deidara in his arms*
Hidan: … what the fuck?
Konan: Sasori … don’t tell me, did you guys finally do it?! You got married?
Sasori: What? No!
Kisame: But your partner is in a dress, and a veil, and in your arms …
Sasori: *sighing and setting Deidara on the couch* The idiot was cross-dressing again, he wore heels that were far too high for him to handle, twisted his ankle, fell, and passed out when he hit his head. And that isn’t a veil, it’s a cloth I was using to staunch the blood from his wound.
Everyone:
Itachi: So, you didn’t get —
Sasori: Do you honestly think I’d let him wear such an ugly dress for our wedding?!
Konan: Because earlier I heard you asking Pein if we had any strong glue, because you “needed to hold yourself together”.
Konan: Couldn’t tell if it was a puppet thing or if you were asking for help.
Sasori:
Sasori: Earlier I walked into my lab to find that Deidara had stripped the faces off of all my puppets to paint on versions that he felt were more “artistic”. Then three of them proceeded to explode. I’m one more “I have a surprise for you, Danna!” away from flying into pieces myself.
