Over the last weekend of October, Kisame’s Corner discord servers are dying to host a Halloween Mini Event and would like to invite our tumblr followers to join in! Participation is optional with no-sign ups required, this is a pressure free event to lift our Halloween spirits
Event Info/Ghouls…I mean Rules
All works must be Kisame focused. ~ All pairings are welcome. ~ Works do not have to include a pairing and can remain platonic.
We understand the prompts are pretty eerie-sistible so you can create for as many of the prompts as you like, combining is also fine!
All types of works are accepted. e.g. fics, art, mood boards, playlists, gifsets, hcs etc
No word limit. Write as little or as much as you’d like!
Works can be modern au or narutoverse.
You can merge with other events so long as it is within the other events rules that you may do so.
All NSFW/Dark content is accepted (excluding underage content) but must be tagged clearly and have warnings included. Anything with triggering/sensitive as well as NSFW content must be behind a cut. Please be scareful, if things are not tagged correctly and clearly we will not reblog your submission.
There will be an ao3 collection (details to come).
We will not be accepting early submissions however late submissions will be accepted up until the 7th of November.

Please keep in mind that we do not tolerate the bashing of ships or characters. We are aware that not every ship is everyone’s cup of tea, however this event it for ALL Kisame pairings so we ask that everyone is respectful of others and their preferences. No one want’s to be a…jerk-o-lantern

I hope the Halloween puns didn’t drive you batty but Kisame Halloween 2021 is going to be great—we can feel it in our bones!
Ningyo - dauther of Itachi and Kisame UwU she’s a true sweetheart. She’s cheerful, hardworking and gentle. I can imagine Itachi being an overprotectiv mum, worried if his daughter is safe and sound, loosing mind if she’s late from school and ready to jump into his old anbu suit if any boy is getting too close to her. Meanwhile Kisame is that „cool dad” who teaches her how to sword fight when she’s old enough to wield a weapon (I’m imagining older Ningyo mixing both swordfighting and flame Uchiha’s techniques and fighting with burning flame sword!). Because her dads are taking such a good care of her Ningyo, not allowing for any traumatic experiences, she never awoken her sharingan - she was a bit ashamed about that at first but at the end she doesn’t need her red eyes to kick asses during trainings!
I missed Naruto Secret Santa this year </3 but have some silly stories I made up with my friend last year:
Akatsuki CORP.
CEO Marada, wanting to warm up the image of his company, organized a Christmas Eve for his employees. There was a huge Christmas tree in the hall and everyone was encouraged to bring some decorations.
Madara and second CEO Obito decorated the three with Uchiha fans and Aaktsuki clouds.
Itachi bringed glass baubles with hand-painted portraits of his family (Sasuke appeared few times).
Kisame hanged few tiny shark figures.
Sasori put hand made wooden puppets and carved decors. Alsmost as pretty as Itachi’s babules with Sasuke.
Hidan forgot about the whole thing and took of the knife from his back pocket and hanged it on the tree. That should do.
Kakuzu bought the cheapest plastic baubles from Tesco. Not giving two fucks about this waste-of-money holiday.
Zetsu doesn’t know what Christmas is. He murmured something about killing trees and took Hidan’s knife when noone were looking.
Deidara set the whole tree on fire with fireworks, screaming MERRY FUCKING CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!

- - - the second idea about Hidan/Kakuzu was Kakuzu saying “pay me first” but we all know that he woudn’t mind to get a bit closer with his favourite idiot ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Kisame lowkey suspects Itachi has an illness. Overtime Kisame begins to pick up on subtle indicators that Itachi has depression on top of this, and notices a gradual decline in his mood lately. Keep in mind Kisame isn’t fully aware of the impact Itachi has faced after the coup d'etat as Itachi has to ensure that is kept under the wraps; therefore, Kisame knows Itachi has depression but is not fully aware as to why.
Despite the two having a mutual agreement to not meddle in each others private affairs, Kisame decides to take him out at a local ramen shop on their way back from a mission. Of course, a place where the Akatsuki is not well known, yet. This is under the guise Kisame is hungry. Of course that is only half the truth.
Kisame is always hungry.
Itachi declines to have anything accept tea, which Kisame knew this would happen. Considering how bad Itachi’s depression is developing, anything to coax him into eating helps. He orders a bowl of ramen and orders a large plate of dangos. Kisame isn’t a big fan of sweets himself, and realizes he “should have ordered a smaller plate of dangos”.
Without saying anything, Itachi is passed the plate of dangos. Itachi couldn’t resist and takes the rest of the plate for himself. It is not well known aside from Kisame, who spends a great deal of time with Itachi, that he naturally attracts crows around him outside with no viable explanation as to why that is.
So Itachi offers a small amount of his dangos to his newly found companions as the two enjoy what would be considered a somewhat mudane peaceful moment for the two s-ranked criminals. Knowing that another peaceful moment shared between the two may not come again.
I’m not going to finish this concept but here is it, a really really poorly drawn sketch
It was supposed to be a mafia au type of thing but I couldn’t bring myself to do it, I’m currently unemployed (BC covid) and that has worsened my anxiety, I’m not feeling great, I’m getting better tho… So hopefully I’ll get my shit together
*Sasori walks through the front door, carrying a sleeping, dress-clad Deidara in his arms*
Hidan: … what the fuck?
Konan: Sasori … don’t tell me, did you guys finally do it?! You got married?
Sasori: What? No!
Kisame: But your partner is in a dress, and a veil, and in your arms …
Sasori: *sighing and setting Deidara on the couch* The idiot was cross-dressing again, he wore heels that were far too high for him to handle, twisted his ankle, fell, and passed out when he hit his head. And that isn’t a veil, it’s a cloth I was using to staunch the blood from his wound.
Everyone:
Itachi: So, you didn’t get —
Sasori: Do you honestly think I’d let him wear such an ugly dress for our wedding?!
Our campaign goal is $7,000. This amount will cover production and paying our 53 amazing artists a fair price for their work. Any profit beyond our goal will be used for our stretch goal perks, with the rest divided among the artists.
The past two and a half months have been a complete whirlwind, and we want to thank everyone who has participated, applied, boosted, and followed us on this journey. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
