Already thinking about the Law equivalent of Amity’s evolution, coven track change edition! He discovers his unusual talent for healing once he actually starts processing the fact that he actually is a person with needs :) Also Quincy (Baby 5) and Gladius suck less than in one piece bc I need good siblings for this boy <3
Some more Donquixote info:
- The SMILE corporation is led by Donquixote Doflamingo and his younger brother, Rosinante.
- Quincy and Gladius are Doflamingo’s kids, while Law is Rosinante’s, but Doflamingo has the family in an iron fist, basically owning custody over Law while keeping his brother distanced from them to work for their abomination based business. Evil uncle >:(
- Law as well as Quincy are very heavily monitored and manipulated into Abomination focus. While Quincy learns to own it and make it her own thing, Law grows out of it and discovers his talent for healing magic.
- Gladius is a real rebel, but generally still yealds against Doflamingo and only later gains confidence with his sister’s help.
- Law is the same age as Luffy and the other’s in this au, which is 14.

The events of the AU take place a bit later than they do in the canon timeline, and Amity is slightly older here though her eye-bags and such mostly come from the different lifestyle and standard she and others had to hold her up to.
Her first meeting with Luz is very chaotic and has a huge impact on the changes to her character, though the path to those changes is quite long and tangled. She’s also really cold and stoic in this storyline, acting in front of most others much like she acts in front of her strict mother, so the “breaking” of her character in frustration when she meets Luz is quite a big moment for her! This makes her question a few things about herself along the line and initially makes her keep her guard up around others even more,,,
