Coming of Age day/Adults day or “成人の日“ (Seijin no Hi) is a Japanese National holiday held annually on the 2nd Monday of January. It honours evert person that has turned 20 years old over the past year, when youths reach 20 they are considered adults in Japanese society and have new responsibilities and liberties such as being able to drink, smoke, gamble and drive legally.
During the ceremony, girls normally wear expensive Kimono (Sakuya and Brunhilda), while boys would wear the traditional Hakama (Gilgamesh and Midgardsormr) or Western suits (Apollo and Marishiten). (Source: personal experience from family members)

The kanji with the most votes, selected to represent the events of that year, is announced in a ceremony on December 12 at Kiyomizu Temple (Source: SakuraTrips). It is a word that best describes the closing year.

Translation notes:
I made Chtonius speak in a more refined way to present his generation difference between the other greatwyrms. The title of this Mini is actually “しもしも？” (Shimo Shimo) which is a flip of the usual “もしもし” used in Japan when they answer the phone. I could not find actual context for this other than an old Japanese comedian says “Shimo Shimo” as a joke. So instead I decided to focus on the generation gap Chtonius faces so mercury uses “What’s Up” and thus he would be confused and use “What’s Down”

True Bahamut being friendly is a reference to #133 where Bahamut who came to play was shockingly friendly.
And so the Rage of Bahamut gang has another member joining. Bahamut is looking nervous huh and him, Satan and Cerberus appears to be getting along fine! In JP his title is Ulitmate Bahamut and he looks similar to his 8 star portrait in Rage of Bahamut and Impossible Ultimate Bahamut from Grand Blue Fantasy!

It has been a joy doing this. I told myself during EoS I will be providing a link to all the Dragalia Minis for easy viewing, downloading and reading. It is a shame that it came too soon. Even after the very end, I will continue posting and updating this blog since there are many songs to go.

Translation notes:
If you played the event you would know Edward, Pia and Humanoid Zodiark uses the attack “Adorbs Devotion Beam”! The original title for this mini is ”まごころ注入” which “まごころ” (magokoro) has the meaning of sincere, “注入“ ( chuunyuu)is like injecting or infusing. The full attack phrase in Japanese is “真心注入☆萌えキュンビーム♪” ( Magokoro chuunyuu☆moe kyun bi-mu ♪| Injecting all my sincerity☆adorable cute beam♪) as stated by Edward in the trailer:
So the mini’s title refers to Infusing Sincerity. I mixed in the EN official attack name “Adorbs Devotion” by using the Devotion part…why did I spend so long translating the title lol
The 3 star dragons appearing from left to right above Ebisu and Maritimus are Homura, Gloom drake, Kindling Imp, Wellspring Imp, Gust Drake and Hinata. Among the 3 star dragons, Kindling Imp is the only male dragon.
