After over a year of work we are happy to announce that this project is officially finished. We’re proud to announce that we were able to donate $1.500 to Akanksha, our chosen charity.
We’d like to thank everyone, from contributors over supporters to followers that just observed the progress. It was an amazing journey that wouldn’t have been possible without you!
Under the cut you’ll find the actual donation receipt and some TDP zine recommendations for those that are interested in either supporting or even participating in other projects.

For those interested in buying TDP zines:
- we still have some leftover items, we just dont have an open store; if you are interested in getting a copy, please send us an email ( [email protected] ) and we’ll figure something out :)
- the @aaravos-fanzine is opening pre-orders Dec 19th
- if you are lucky, @amayazine and @dragonprinceanthology might have leftover sales at some point

Here is where I will keep a regularly updated list of eco-friendly initiatives and companies that are fighting against climate change.
KEY
=I actively support
=I research often or keep up with almost daily
= I cannot support because you have to be an employee, because I cannot afford it right now, or because its still in development
= I would like to support in the future
1.Ecosia (search engine, plants trees, negative emission, transparent)
2.The Ocean Cleanup (initiative, cleaning the oceans of plastic, unsure about emission, transparent)
3.4ocean (bracelet company, cleaning the oceans of plastic and recycling them into bracelets, unsure about emission, transparent)
4.AIR-INK (ink company, turning air pollution into artist quality ink, unsure about emission, unsure about transparency)
5.Patagonia (clothing company, slow fashion brand, I think they are zero emission, transparent)
6.Everlane (clothing company, slow fashion brand (some of their clothes are made of recycled water bottles), unsure about emission but I think its low, transparent)
7.Athleta (clothing company (activewear), sustainable fashion, unsure about emission, unsure about transparency, unsure about ethical treatment of employees (do some research))

My next batch of “Sit Like a Lady” #stickers will have a clear background. This is because @stickermule offered me a deal on 50 clear stickers, and this shouldn’t be a huge difference except not having the thin white border around the design. They will be labeled as “clear stickers” and distributed into my stands at @buildingcharacter717 and @popofcolor_art as the white-bordered ones sell out.
What do you think? Should I take advantage if I see this deal again?
