I hope in Trollhunters Rise of the Titans, there’ll be a battle where they’re gonna include all of Jim’s forms. That way, before the whole things done, we can see all of Jim’s troll forms!
To me, it wouldn’t make sense for him to be able to change into those forms and keep him like that at the end, cause it just wouldn’t feel like the end like it’s supposed to. But it would be really cool to include all of Jim’s forms in battle!

I feel like the people who were really set on seeing troll Jim in rott are now more upset about the fact that with the new timeline he doesn’t even exist
This was one of my finals for my Digital Art class at school. We had to make a small, 8 panel Zine that we could make into anything. So, naturally, I chose my favourite thing in the world. This is supposed to follow Jim’s physical and emotional journey throughout the Tales of Arcadia franchise, with each of his armours and forms, and I even included his armour from the upcoming movie, Rise of Titans! (The skies in the backgrounds are symbolic as well.)
Imagine after he wields Excalibur (if he does, you never know) Jim ends up having the power to change between every form he’s ever had while in the armour?
After looking through some TOA things, I need to get something off my chest…
It’s kinda frustrating to see how divided this fandom is.
Ever since…well by yesterday three years ago, the fandom got so divided. Especially with all these opinions about Jim I found:
“They turned Jim into a troll?! I’m leaving the fandom”.
“I like just human Jim”.
It doesn’t matter to me what he is, he’s still Jim no matter what”.
“I like just troll Jim”.
“They turned Jim back into a human?! I’m leaving the fandom”.
Like jeeezzzzz after everything, it just frustrates me.
In my opinion, it makes me mad that some people are only gonna watch the movie to see if a different version of Jim will be in it! Tbh, that’d be so cool if there was a finale battle that all his forms were brought back for some scenes to do, but it makes me sad that some people only wanna watch it for that. I mean I know he most likely won’t turn back into a troll since it’d be just too much changing for one teen in a year or less, I mean I’d be making memes on them making up there mind, but it would be nice to see him again like that before the saga ends, but please don’t say that if that happens that’ll be the only good thing in the movie. The amazing writers and creators of this film put their hearts and souls into making this for you guys that know you love watching it as much as they loved making it. Maybe I’m just getting mad about this since I’ve watched Trollhunters since only a few weeks after season 1 was out and a lot of people didn’t know about it till a few months or years later, but that shouldn’t matter. There’s so many other things to look forward to other than the one thing some people may look at negatively. There’s somehow a new heartstone in Arcadia, Douxie’s magic looks like it’s upgraded some, they’re travelling to New York and maybe other places too, and Aja is the freaking queen of Akiridion-5 now! Those are just a few other things that sprang to my head writing this. This isn’t to offend anyone, this also isn’t about hate on any form, that’s not what this is about. I’m just saying, don’t let one thing that you didn’t like happen in a show, affect you watching something you’ve loved for years in a film that already looks like it’s going to be incredible to see. (If I misunderstood anything at all though, please let me know).
Been so busy between moving prep and most of my artwork being for zines that I havent had chance to draw anything I can actually post, so my socials have been dead. Sorry ;-;

Another Wizards sketchdump cuz I can’t get over it One of my favorite parts (and favorite characters) was Callista/Deya’s sibling-like bonding with Jim so I drew a bit of that. Also had to draw more post Wizards Jlaire with Claire taking good care of Jim cuz that boy needs a LOOOOOOOT of rest and love after what he went through LOL (also, Jim and Claire would totally use her shadow portal ability to visit Nari, Archie and Douxie ❤️). And last but not least, of course, some sweet Zouxie, since I fell for this ship thanks to @tenyai ‘s lovely influence HAHAHA enjoy!

One of the team ups I wanted to see more of in Wizards - Deya and Jim, the first and last Trollhunters! Went a little bit hard on this one (was meant to be a sketch) but I got too invested lol.
Beyond excited for Wizards premiering this friday! Love the use of color in this show, so I thought Id start a lil countdown for it with some quick color sketches, starting with my fave boy Jim ❤️ (who cant seem to get a break in this season either, lol) Super pumped! Douxie coming next!

The “Wizards” release date drop yesterday made my full summer and brought me back from the dead. So stoked to see Troll Jim and everyone again I love the Trollhunters franchise so much! Drew this weeks ago but didn’t post it here (more active on Twitter/IG). Some warm, fluffy Jlaire to try out some new brushes.
