Eurgh, Tumblr froze one of the GIFs on my last GIFset and now it won’t move :/ It moves on my blog/on edit mode though, I dunno what’s up with that…
Find me on reddit from now on. I don’t know what I will be doing or not doing, but that is the only place I am currently in any way active when it comes to adult content.
So…. I am sorry to say that my blog is practically useless at this point. After reasearching, I have found that tumblr has no solution to your Account being made under an email you no longer have access to. Unfortunatel, I made this blog like & years ago while in school and used my school email address. At the time I had no idea, but the account expired two years after I graduated. Without the email to verify my account, all I can do is see my feed, post, and see my activity (likes and anons) on a desktop. The app is completely in functional. I have no idea what to do at this point. I’ll leave this blog up because it was my diary for the last 8 years but I can’t really use it going forward. I don’t see the point in posting if I don’t have good way to interact with my followers. I might make a new blog, but I’m not sure yet.
So, littlebrokenbarbiedoll has been banned. Second time now I’ve lost 8k followers each as well as all of my text posts, personal pictures and my private blog. Doubt I’m going to restart again but if we spoke I can provide you with an email address to contact me on (⊙︿⊙✿)

I’m sad to see a site that I love end like this. People used to feel safe to be themselves but now they can’t. December 17 will be the day tumblr dies. It has killed itself. People no longer feel free to exspress themselves anymore. Inocent post are being flagged as “inappropriate” because curse words or have certent frases of words. You will no longer have freedom of speech or to exspress yourself. The main groups of people being hurt by this are the LGBTQ community, artist and the community of fanfiction writers.
tumblr is no longer a safe space that it once was. It is now a dead website that a lot of us will remember.

I’m not going to be uploading anything else or reblogging anyone’s crap either.
I know a lot of people enjoy being raped by corporations, but I don’t. My @b-ko-daitokuji main account was locked down. I can’t even view my own fucking tags and can only view the blog through a side bar, which makes back-up nearly impossible because I can only scroll through it from top to bottom (literally latest post down). Thankfully, I completed most of the back-up before the 17th, but still going back and retrieving more stuff will probably take hours and then I have to hope it doesn’t crash or I don’t accidentally click on a link and have to start over. My avatar on that account was permanently changed to a cone (a pxielated cone for you), something that really pisses me off.
My newer @b-ko-edits account has been shadowbanned from search for no justifiable reason because it’s a sfw blog. The algorithm probably thought it was a sfw fanart blog. Most sfw fanart blogs have been shadowbanned from search on Tumblr. Yes, Tumblr went after sfw fanart too. Frankly, if you still want to use this site for fandom stuff, I think you’re a traitor, because the website and its corporate overlords tried to shut you down and now have an active agenda against fandom in general. This probably started when the founder sold out and left to let the current CEO seize control. According to reporting, they’ve been planning this whole series of events for a year since right after the new CEO was installed. I could try making another account, but why should I? It’ll just get shadow banned again. My politics account appears in search, but I don’t want to just come here just for politics.
The algorithm they have installed has flagged plenty of non-explicit things I uploaded here. For example, a fanart of Betty and Veronica kissing in bikinis. There’s no “female presenting nipples,” yet it’s still banned. Other non-explicit yuri and fanservice pics were also banned. So why the fuck would I bother making more edits for Tumblr if there’s a chance they’ll get flagged? Why would I bother? Why would I bother uploading yuri fanart either? Fuck this place.
I’m going to come back to advertise my My Friend Irma yuri fanfic, which I started in October in a cabin in the woods in Wisconsin. I don’t know if anyone is going to read it, but I’ll try anyways. The fandom for this property no longer exists, but I wrote it like an original story that anyone can pick up.
The only other reason I will come back is to talk to my friend @bacchiguu until she leaves here. I don’t blame other people not for leaving right now because there isn’t an obvious place to migrate too. However, when there’s an obvious site to migrate to that isn’t locked down in beta or something else stupid, I don’t think I’ll like the people very much who choose to stay here as their primary website. If that is the case, I have no problem defriending you. It’s harsh, but some people need to develop spines I think. If you want to talk to me after that, leave with everyone else. The only person I would come back here to talk to is Bacchiguu.
Until a new site is up, I’ll probably be primarily on 4chan and 8chan (even though 8chan has gone way down hill), where I’m anonymous and you won’t be able to find me anyways. I’ll continue using DA to follow a few people I have on there.
Hopefully, that Tumlbralrt project gets off the ground soon. I don’t trust Pillow Fort, because it started as a Kickstarter, and we all know how those turn out. At least Tumblralt is said to have Tumblr engineers involved.

We’ve always had and always will have a zero tolerance policy for this type of content. To this end, we continuously invest in the enforcement of this policy, including industry-standard machine monitoring, a growing team of human moderators, and user tools that make it easy to report abuse. We also closely partner with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Internet Watch Foundation, two invaluable organizations at the forefront of protecting our children from abuse, and through these partnerships we report violations of this policy to law enforcement authorities. We can never prevent all bad actors from attempting to abuse our platform, but we make it our highest priority to keep the community as safe as possible.
So what is changing?
Posts that contain adult content will no longer be allowed on Tumblr, and we’ve updated our Community Guidelines to reflect this policy change. We recognize Tumblr is also a place to speak freely about topics like art, sex positivity, your relationships, your sexuality, and your personal journey. We want to make sure that we continue to foster this type of diversity of expression in the community, so our new policy strives to strike a balance.
Why are we doing this?
It is our continued, humble aspiration that Tumblr be a safe place for creative expression, self-discovery, and a deep sense of community. As Tumblr continues to grow and evolve, and our understanding of our impact on our world becomes clearer, we have a responsibility to consider that impact across different age groups, demographics, cultures, and mindsets. We spent considerable time weighing the pros and cons of expression in the community that includes adult content. In doing so, it became clear that without this content we have the opportunity to create a place where more people feel comfortable expressing themselves.
Bottom line: There are no shortage of sites on the internet that feature adult content. We will leave it to them and focus our efforts on creating the most welcoming environment possible for our community.
So what’s next?
Starting December 17, 2018, we will begin enforcing this new policy. Community members with content that is no longer permitted on Tumblr will get a heads up from us in advance and steps they can take to appeal or preserve their content outside the community if they so choose. All changes won’t happen overnight as something of this complexity takes time.
Another thing, filtering this type of content versus say, a political protest with nudity or the statue of David, is not simple at scale. We’re relying on automated tools to identify adult content and humans to help train and keep our systems in check. We know there will be mistakes, but we’ve done our best to create and enforce a policy that acknowledges the breadth of expression we see in the community.
Most importantly, we’re going to be as transparent as possible with you about the decisions we’re making and resources available to you, including more detailed information, product enhancements, and more content moderators to interface directly with the community and content.
Like you, we love Tumblr and what it’s come to mean for millions of people around the world. Our actions are out of love and hope for our community. We won’t always get this right, especially in the beginning, but we are determined to make your experience a positive one.

Hey, if you can make “automated tools” that can detect adult content, then clearly you can make one that gets rid of porn bots. This app is 17+, and while I don’t care to engage in adult content, this is still stupid. We have BEGGED you to get rid of them, and you ignored us for years. The only reason why you started to attempt it is because you were making less money from the app getting deleted. That was your fault. So not only are you punishing us for all the pedophiles, porn bots, and nazis here that we wanted to be deleted in the first place, you’re also punishing us for your negligence to do so. You have ignored us for so long, that the amount of people like this have piled up. It’s like refusing to do your laundry until you run out of clothes, and instead of washing them, you say “fuck it” and burn them all and buy new ones. I mean yeah, there are plenty of websites that have this kind of content, but why do you think so many people came HERE to post their stuff? Because unlike now, Tumblr was once a functioning website. Crazy, right? I can’t believe it either.
There are better ways to get rid of these bots besides erasing everything. Heck, put up captchas if you have to! I’m sure that having to do a captcha or two when you log in is a small price to pay for adult content to stay on tumblr.
But because it’s you, there might be a silver lining to this. Your reporting system clearly has almost never worked throughout all these years. What makes you think it’s going to work now? And even if it does, go back to the first sentence of this reply. You are clearly capable, you’re just too lazy to it and too greedy to even try to satisfy your users by only getting rid of the bots and pedophiles. But hey, maybe once hundreds of people delete their blogs and migrate to these adult content websites, to the point where you’re losing even more money than you are now, maybe then you’ll change your tune. I mean sure, you’ll do it out of greed instead of kindness, but still.
Remember when 8tracks only allowed free users to listen to only one hour of music per week, but then they changed it so everyone would come back? Maybe you should take a leaf out of their book. They learned that taking away something that’s been there since the beginning is a bad idea, and now it’s your turn to suffer! Good luck, you’ll need it.

Well, obviously my blog is being deleted since it was permanently adulted by staff, and my other new comics edits blog was fucked up too in recent days and stopped appearing in search for no reason even though it didn’t have nudity on it or adult tags. So it looks like I’m probably leaving.

Hey everyone. Brad and I have had this blog for over 8 years. We may not be the biggest blog of the most successful blog on here, but we built a following that was constantly changing and growing. We are just shy of 12,000 followers and friends right now.
We are both so sad to hear about Tumblrs guidline changes. We both understand that Tumblr is a buisness and they felt that it was the best move for them. We disagree, censorship is NEVER the answer.
