As always, my style is very inspired by the early decades of the 20th century. I’m also drawn to historical opera/theatre costumes, so I am over the moon about my recent purchase of a 40s dance costume!”

“I’m wearing a pair of 60s Japanese boys jeans from Floral Haze Vintage, 60s men’s golf shirt from Everything Goes Vintage on Staten Island under a vintage leather vest from Guerrisol France in Paris, and a thrifted snakeskin jacket. Accessories are an 80s bolo tie, thrifted butterfly scarf, thrifted 60s Italian boots, and my chocolate Telfar circle bag. My style is inspired by West African portrait photography of the 60s/70s, exploitation cinema, and Black America.”
