Guilty
The Suit of Cups deals with all that is associated with emotions, the unconscious, creativity and intuition.
Whenever she thinks about him, a wave of guilt washes over her. All the wrong things they were hurling at each other, all the right words left unsaid.
The Zodiac Signs as my favorite feelings.
Aries - Being surrounded by lights, letting go of all anxieties at a large concert. Feels dreamy and surreal.
Taurus - Going through a corn maze under a hazy sky. Bundled up. Collaborating with close friends. Feels almost like labyrinth from a dream.
Gemini - Late night adventures. Wandering around a dark city, driving to mysterious places on empty midnight roads, making unique memories. Reality feels altered.
Cancer - Peacefully waking up on a rainy day, comfortably alone, baking cookies and listening to music. Makes for an incredibly cozy and calm atmosphere.
Leo - Driving around with friends, drinking iced coffee and all screaming along to music. Probably headed somewhere fun.
Virgo - Wandering through a tranquil forest after snow, a light rain, or during fog. Feels like being lost within a fairy tale.
Libra - Stargazing with someone special. Having deep existential conversations. Doing so in a field or a beach. The rest of the world seems to fade in those moments.
Scorpio - Doing something crazy yet collaborative to bond with a new group of people such as coworkers or classmates. Maybe breaking rules to help each other or doing something adventurous on a whim.
Sagittarius- Meeting an absolutely mesmerizing stranger and immediately bonding. Like rediscovering a friend or lover from a past life.
Capricorn - Sharing secrets amidst candle light in a power outage. Turning bland relationships into lifelong friendships.
Aquarius - Coming back from swimming in the ocean and napping in a sunny spot, then waking up in time to get ready for a night of summer fun with friends.
Pisces - Watching movies with friends on a stormy day. Relaxing in a nest of pillows and blankets. Laughing about old times.

I just got the weirdest feeling I swear
OK LISTEN THERE ARE REASONS FOR THIS!!!
A lot of these places are called liminalspaces - which means they are throughways from one space to the next. Places like rest stops, stairwells, trains, parking lots, waiting rooms, airports feel weird when you’re in them because their existence is not about themselves, but the things before and after them. They have no definitive place outside of their relationship to the spaces you are coming from and going to. Reality feels altered here because we’re not really supposed to be in them for a long time for think about them as their own entities, and when we do they seem odd and out of place.
The other spaces feel weird because our brains are hard-wired for context - we like things to belong to a certain place and time and when we experience those things outside of the context our brains have developed for them, our brains are like NOPE SHIT THIS ISN’T RIGHT GET OUT ABORT ABORT. Schools not in session, empty museums, being awake when other people are asleep - all these things and spaces feel weird because our brain is like “I already have a context for this space and this is not it so it must be dangerous.” Our rational understanding can sometimes override that immediate “danger” impulse but we’re still left with a feeling of wariness and unease.
Listen I am very passionate about liminal spaces they are fascinating stuff or perhaps I am merely a nerd.
I, for one, appreciate your passion for liminal spaces and thank you for explaining it to the rest of us.

Things you should know about Sleep Paralysis
Before I begin, you ought to know what sleep paralysis is. When you sleep you go through two cycles, REM and NREM. REM stands for “rapid eye movement” and during this phase your body is completely paralyzed but your eyes are moving around under the lids. NREM is “non rapid eye movement” and during this time your body moves about but your eyes are still. You need to go through both cycles numerous times for a proper nights sleep. Sleep paralysis occurs when you wake up during REM and can be alarming to someone who isn’t used to it. But don’t worry, as someone who has gotten it chronically since I was a young child, I am going to teach you how to get through it.
First of all, you might feel like you’re suffocating, but don’t panic. You don’t have control of your body right now, and that includes your lungs. When you sleep, your breathing is heavily decreased. So just calm down, it’s ok, you can breathe.
Don’t be idle! So many people just lay there and expect sleep paralysis to go away. But that isn’t how this works. You MUST wake yourself up and yes it will be uncomfortable. It feels like reactivating your nerves, so it isn’t pleasant, but it isn’t really painful either. Just get through it, and try to move, you could be stuck for HOURS if you don’t.
On that note, there are ways to make the waking up process easier. Try to move one part of the body at a time. Maybe start just trying to move your finger then slowly progess to “waking up” the rest of your body. Also if you simply can’t get whatever part to move try somewhere else. I have had times where I tried to move my arms but they wouldn’t budge, only to find out that moving my head was much easier and woke up my entire body.
Don’t immediately go back to sleep! There is a very high chance that doing so will make you return to sleep paralysis. I have made this mistake more times than I’d like to admit, so it’s ok, but still, get up. You don’t have to do anything big, maybe just go grab some water or read a little bit (or whatever else you feel like) before attempting to return to sleep.
For the love of god DON’T OPEN YOUR EYES!! You’ll hallucinate.I’ve seen some weird shit when my eyes are open, and although I’m usually too preoccupied to be scared about the surreal demonic shit I see at the foot of my bed, for lots of people it’s terrifying, so I recommend that you keep your eyes shut.
Sorry it took so long for me to make this post! I’ve been kinda busy. But I sincerely hope this helps. Don’t stress over sleep paralysis, you’re going to be fine and once you have it for a while it becomes more of an inconvenience than an emergency. Sweet dreams!
