What a cast! William H. Macy, Alec Baldwin, Clark “isn’t that the guy from the Marvel movies?” Gregg, and the sorely missed Philip Seymour Hoffman, to name but a few. Too often I have been let down by such a promising cast, but I’m glad to say I thoroughly enjoyed David Mamet’s behind-the-scenes comedy, State and Main.
