One side of a pamphlet demanding equal pay for women, and suggesting that a judicious vote in the general election could do the trick. It encourages the voter to demand a pledge to extend equal pay to industry, and a illustrates the contrasting dress of Victorian women and those of 1969.

I came across this article today, People are furious that the actress who plays Queen Elizabeth on Netflix’s ‘The Crown’ was paid less than her male co-star and started laughing. The hubub is because the show is about Queen Elizabeth. However, producers said that Matt Smith, who played Prince Philip, made more money than Claire Foy, who played Queen Elizabeth II.

What feminists refuse to acknowledge is contracts are negotiated based on proven performance to date.

Matt Smith had proven his performance, so could negotiate a higher salary. Claire Foy had not. Here’s the proof:

A chart of acting awards earned by Matt Smith before “The Crown” …

Now, a chart of acting awards earned by Claire Foy  before “The Crown” …

Whoops! There can be no chart because prior to “The Crown” she earned no acting awards!

Feminists do not want “equal pay.” They want paid extra money for that which they have not earned.
