أَمَّن يُجِيبُ الْمُضْطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكْشِفُ السُّوءَ وَيَجْعَلُكُمْ خُلَفَاءَ الْأَرْضِ ۗ أَإِلَٰهٌ مَّعَ اللَّهِ ۚ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ (62) سورة النمل
أي: هل يجيب المضطرب الذي أقلقته الكروب وتعسر عليه المطلوب واضطر للخلاص مما هو فيه إلا الله وحده؟ ومن يكشف السوء أي: البلاء والشر والنقمة إلا الله وحده؟ ومن يجعلكم خلفاء الأرض يمكنكم منها ويمد لكم بالرزق ويوصل إليكم نعمه وتكونون خلفاء من قبلكم كما أنه سيميتكم ويأتي بقوم بعدكم أإله مع الله يفعل هذه الأفعال؟ لا أحد يفعل مع الله شيئا من ذلك حتى بإقراركم أيها المشركون، ولهذا كانوا إذا مسهم الضر دعوا الله مخلصين له الدين لعلمهم أنه وحده المقتدر على دفعه وإزالته، { قَلِيلًا مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ ْ} أي: قليل تذكركم وتدبركم للأمور التي إذا تذكرتموها ادَّكرتم ورجعتم إلى الهدى، ولكن الغفلة والإعراض شامل لكم فلذلك ما أرعويتم ولا اهتديتم. تفسير السعدي
Or He Who answers the desperate one, the anguished person suffering harm, when he calls to Him and Who removes [his] distress, from him and from others, and makes you successors in the earth (the annexation [khulafā’a l-ardi, ‘successors of the earth’] has the same meaning as fī, ‘in’ [khulafā’a fī’l-ardi, ‘successors in the earth’]), in other words, each generation succeeding the one before it. Is there a god with God? Little do you remember, [little] are you admonished ([read] mā tadhakkarūna, ‘do you remember’; or [read] yadhdhakkarūna, ‘do they remember’, where [in both cases] the tā’ has been assimilated with the dhāl; the mā is extra, [used] to make less what is already ‘little’). * تفسير Tafsir al-Jalalayn

وما النّاس إلا هالكوابنهالك
وذو نسب في الهالكينعريق
إذا امتحن الدّنيا لبيبتكشَّفت له
عنعدوفي ثياب صديق
If you do something good openly or in secret, or pardon an offense, then Allah is indeed Ever-Pardoning, Most Capable.

True eye opener
If only we were greedy for the hereafter like we are greedy for the dunya
وَالْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰ
Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting.

إن الله يعلم الغيب جميعه ، ويعلم ما يظهره العباد وما يسرون ، يعلم الظواهر والضمائر ، ويعلم السر وأخفى ، ويعلم ما العباد عاملون في أجهارهم وأسرارهم ، وسيجزيهم على ذلك ، على القليل والجليل .

عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم “ مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ خَرَجَتْ خَطَايَاهُ مِنْ جَسَدِهِ حَتَّى تَخْرُجَ مِنْ تَحْتِ أَظْفَارِهِ " .
Uthman b. ‘Affan reported:The Messenger of Allah (way peace be upon him) said: He who performed ablution well, his sins would come out from his body, even coming out from under his nails.

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: “إن الله تعالى قال: من عادى لي وليا فقد آذنته بالحرب. وما تقرب إلي عبدي بشيء أحب إلي مما افترضت عليه، وما يزال عبدي يتقرب إلي بالنوافل حتى أحبه، فإذا أحببته كنت سمعه الذي يسمع به، وبصره الذي يبصر به، ويده التي يبطش بها، ورجله التي يمشي بها، وإن سألني أعطيته؛ ولئن استعاذني لأعيذنه”
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “Allah the Exalted has said: ‘I will declare war against him who shows hostility to a pious worshipper of Mine. And the most beloved thing with which My slave comes nearer to Me is what I have enjoined upon him; and My slave keeps on coming closer to Me through performing Nawafil (prayer or doing extra deeds besides what is obligatory) till I love him. When I love him I become his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes, and his leg with which he walks; and if he asks (something) from Me, I give him, and if he asks My Protection (refuge), I protect him”.

اللهم اغفر لابى وامى وارحمهم كما ربيانى صغيرا واجعل الجنة مستقرا لهم
O Allah have mercy on my parents and let jannah be their final destination

عن معاذ رضي الله عنه، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، أخذ بيده وقال: “يا معاذ، والله إني لأحبك، ثم أوصيك يا معاذ لا تدعن في دبر كل صلاة تقول: اللهم أعني على ذكرك وشكرك، وحسن عبادتك".
Mu'adh (bin Jabal) (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) held my hand and said, "O Mu'adh, By Allah, I love you and advise you not to miss supplicating after every Salat (prayer) saying: ‘Allahumma a'inni 'ala dhikrika wa shukrika, wa husni 'ibadatika,’ (O Allah, help me remember You, expressing gratitude to You and worship You in the best manner)”.

اللّهُـمَّ إِنِّـي أَعـوذُ بِكَ مِـنْ عَذابِ القَـبْر، وَمِـنْ عَذابِ جَهَـنَّم، وَمِـنْ فِتْـنَةِ المَحْـيا وَالمَمـات، وَمِـنْ شَـرِّ فِتْـنَةِ المَسيحِ الدَّجّال
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and from the punishment of Hell-fire, and from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the False Messiah.

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: “من قام ليلة القدر إيمانا واحتسابًا غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه".
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whosoever performs Qiyam during Lailat-ul-Qadr (Night of Decree), with Faith and being hopeful of Allah’s reward, will have his former sins forgiven.”

عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ كَعْبٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ -رِضَى اَللَّهُ عَنْهُ- قَالَ : { قَالَ لِي اَلنَّبِيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -سَلْ . فَقُلْتُ : أَسْأَلُكَ مُرَافَقَتَكَ فِي اَلْجَنَّةِ . فَقَالَ : أَوَغَيْرَ ذَلِكَ؟ , قُلْتُ : هُوَ ذَاكَ , قَالَ : “ فَأَعِنِّي عَلَى نَفْسِكَ بِكَثْرَةِ اَلسُّجُودِ } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ .

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ وَافَقْتُ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ مَا أَدْعُو قَالَ “ تَقُولِينَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي " .
It was narrated from ‘Aishah that she said:"O Messenger of Allah, what do you think I should say in my supplication, if I come upon Laylatul-Qadr?” He said: “Say: 'Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul-'afwa, fa'fu 'anni (O Allah, You are Forgiving and love forgiveness, so forgive me).’”
