Unable to perceive the shape of you, I find you all around me. Your presence fills my eyes with your love, It humbles my heart, for you are everywhere.

Cinematography Appreciation

Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood (2019) | DOPRobert Richardson

I’m the devil, and I’m here to do the devil’s business.

Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood (2019)

This film has been extraordinarily made. I cried so much watching this film. I watched it after the Oscars Awards 2022 and I’m thankful that it’s not too late for me to recognize and congratulate this kind of team. They made me realize that life is beautiful and everything is beautiful, it’s up to you how you’ll look upon it. This film is indeed a trendsetter. Imagine being the first film made by a streaming service to win the highest award in Oscars? Just great. (Though sometimes Oscars do not recognize other great films). Just to add, the stream/river scene reminded me of All The Bright Places, it was just amazing and wonderful The singing interpretation part to Joni Mitchell’s song is a masterpiece, I remember the Emma Thompson scene in Love Actually and I bet not everyone has seen or heard the song, it’s very very highly recommended to add on your playlist.
