Every day I wake up and hold an elaborate ceremony to present Mandy with Lickiest Lady of the Day

Ignore my drawing or Caribou In the back please

Magic has an accomplice in her food thievery.

Note that they have different stashing techniques and even different routes.

They do this non stop until the bowl is empty by the way, and no- they don’t really like to eat their stashed food because it’s covered in saliva and piss

Every time something scary happens (vacuum cleaner), Magic and Cari LEAP over old Mandy.

We all it ‘Mr President!’

padalickingood:

PAYPAL ADOPTABLES FOR SALE! :D

Hey guys! i’m selling these designs to help raise some money!

If you’d like to purchase one send me a message and i’ll give you my paypal information :)

here are some rules and other info:

-the character designs aren’t completely permanent, you are allowed to change small things about them but drastic changes in shape and patterns are discouraged.

-personal bio information about the characters such as age, gender, background history, is free to be whatever you wish :) there are no set genders or background stories for them.

-the first one is a hybrid of some sort of sheep, caribou earth spirit thing i guess lol but you can change the earth spirit part. I just incorporated earth element for the design purpose

-the dragon is a mix of an eastern dragon and a pheasant, the electricity as it’s skill/power can’t be changed but it doesn’t have to have electricity shown on it all the time.

-the dog is a shiba inu with red panda like markings, it has magpie wings and the sakura blossoms bloom wherever it’s feet step.

if you have any other information about the characters feel free to ask :) though you’re pretty much free to do what you want once payment is received.

Five Fun Facts About Reindeer

by Mark Madison, Historian - USFWS

1.  In North America we traditionally call reindeer caribou. Reindeer is from the Norse word “hreinn” for horned animal. Caribou comes to up from Native peoples “qalipu” converted to French which means “snow shoveler…”

Check out the UI Library’s Center for Digital Inquiry and Learning (CDIL) student-led digital humanities project:
Storying Extinction.

This project highlights the recently extirpated mountain caribou of Idaho. The project, co-led by former English graduate students, Jack Kredell and Chris Lamb, under the guidance of CDIL Director, Devin Becker, is a multilayered, web-based ‘deep map’ that represents community response to the local extinction.

Commission from @cartoon-and-animal-lover

Was asked to design some characters who, interestingly, first appeared in a dream that the commissioner had. The dream involved an ice-skating arctic fox and caribou duo, so I was asked to recreate them as original characters ^^
