Some model sheets & keyframes for a concept I did a few years ago called “Postal Heroes.” These designs were fun since I met someone on Discord who used to be a postal worker and got their feedback on the designs to make sure the outfits & story beats were accurate

I kinda forgot I had a tumblr… here’s some Christines for you
Here is another Aggretsuko OC I should’ve posted earlier, I found him in my files and smacked myself because how could I forget to post him along with Sato my other OC?? Why am I such a dummy?
Anyway, he is a super chill guy, soft spoken and keeps to himself. Likes to not be noticed and for the most part he’s under everyone’s radar, except there is someone who always seems to notice him … wonder who it is? Also he has a major sweet tooth and is always trying different bakeries, traveling far and wide to try them. I’m thinking of a name for him, perhaps Keido Kazuhiro ? ( Keido meaning calm and Kazuhiro meaning harmony and abundance… once again Im not good at Japanese so let me know if his name meanings make sense! )
As always feel free to give your opinion on him! I love to hear what you guys think or if you think I could tweak him color or design wise!
A Aggrestsuko OC I made up prior to season 4! I’m still deciding on her design, I just wanted a cute pony girl because horses have always been my fav and I think aggretsuko needs more horses lol!
I’m thinking her name will be Kagayaku Sato ( Kagayaku means sparkle and Sato means sugar in Japanese I believe but I’m not a native speaker let alone know Japanese very well so let me know if that’s incorrect !) I wanted a name that describes her personality, she’s a social butterfly and makes friends real easy because she’s also very sweet! She brightens up even the dullest office when she walks in ~
I’m also having trouble figuring out a color scheme for her, I like the pink best but I like the other 2 colors as well… if you guys want to chime in I’d love to hear what color you think looks best or if another might work better!

With Vizzini I was trying to combine the feeling of baby angels from old renaissance paintings, sinister-ish expressions, and ringmaster, plus dash of gaudiness. I made Vizzini prominently red so that there would be a transfer of association from Vizzini in the first half to Humperdinck in the latter half. The colour red and the pawns on his design apart from being on theme for his character can also serve as foreshadowing, that he is not the overarching antagonist.
Sometimes due to Fezzik’s backstory of working in Greenland, people mistake him for being Greenlandic but it was clearly stated that Fezzik is a Turkish wrestler. It was important that his design made it very clear that he was not European. In the books, he is described as hairy, large, and gorilla-like in appearance. By dividing his head into three sections (upper head, cheeks, and mouth-chin) keeping the graphic shape of his head across different angles was made easier. To determine the direction of Fezzik’s overall design the emphasis was established (his arms), inspiration was taken from circus strongmen, then combined with a strong but soft and lovable feeling.
The general direction of Inigo’s features was clear early on, but his head shape did undergo many iterations. His final head shape design has a clear and readable graphic iconography even in different angles. Its iconic integrity is easily maintained but can be difficult to draw, because of that a diagram was made to show how the structure of his head.
It was important to make sure Inigo and the man in black’s silhouettes were distinguishable from one another. So I tried to pull their designs in opposite directions. Inigo’s leaning towards a more slender swish-flick feel and the man in black’s to a larger, billowy, and intimidating direction.

My partner asked me for some eye references for my two squid boys, which I ended up turning into an expression sheet.
I always love doing stuff like this! Drawing characters pulling faces is a guilty pleasure of mine.
