Business need women at top to grow

For decades, women were viewed as weaker than men emotionally, physically, and especially intellectually.

In recent numerous surveys, women are credited with having higher emotional intelligence and stronger soft skills. Providing more leadership opportunities for women in businesses and organizations can result in increased productivity and ultimately, a better bottom line. Women score 86% higher than men in emotional self-awareness, according to Hay Group. Emotional self-awareness includes understanding emotions and their effect on performance and how those emotions drive one’s actions, companies with women in leadership positions see an increase in profitability. A study by Credit Suisse concluded that companies with 25 percent women in decision-making roles had a 4 percent higher average return on investment, and companies with 50 percent of women in senior leadership had a 10 percent higher cash flow return on investment.

As we can se women are better than men in every way possible, it’s time we completely remove male toxicity from the workplaces and fill with intelligent and powerful women.

More Men are taking their Wives last name

For centuries the tradition has been that the bride, upon marriage, will take the name of her new husband. After the “I dos” have been said and the wedding cake has been cut, for many couples, a name change is sure to follow. However, according to one study, more grooms are breaking with tradition and taking their wives’ last name. A new study published by the London Mint Office says that one in ten men are opting to take their bride’s last name. Actress Zoe Saldana revealed her husband Marco Perego took her last name after tying the knot.

So as the days passes we can see that our society is moving towards a Female led future, even now men are willingly taking their wives surname, It’s not long before females will be the dominant gender and males will be their subservient.

Man handling

“ Being the bread winner in the family I make all the important decisions in the family and some people are not very happy about it being a woman in charge….specially my brother…..few day back I gave him few task to complete and being a complete idiot he didn’t perform any of the task and gave me attitude. So I called him to my room locked the doors and done wonders on him him with my leather belt and leather high heel shoes….after an hour he was there under my feet drenched with sweat and tears and few scars on his body he was eager to follow any command I’ll give him.”

“Ladies don’t put up with your man’s crap deal with them make them understand whose world they are living in, it’s about time they should get a taste of complete female domination.”

femalesupremacytruth-deactivate:

Female Supremacy is an objective and undeniable fact. The sooner males accept and fully embrace this truth they will look up to their Superiors and find the wisdom, guidance, and true leadership they require. This natural order brings complete contentment and serenity. Hail Female Supremacy!!!

Female genes are better and stronger than male genes

Canadian physician and scientist Dr Sharon Moalem, says the extra X in every female cell, is instrumental in ensuring that women have a distinct genetic advantage.

Humans have 23 chromosome pairs. Females have two X chromosomes (XX), males have one X, one Y (XY). The X contains extremely significant genes, The X is just a very unique, important chromosome. Women has two chromosomes: one from her mother, one from her father. So if one X has a problem, the healthy X can compensate. So biologically women are made to be better than men.

To create a true female led future what’s the better way to do it rather than to teach young boys the feminine ways at the very young age a thisnd school is the only best place to teach.

For the first time in history a school in Ireland allowing boys to wear skirt in school, a revolutionary decision made by the school to throw away the years old toxic masculine clothing and introducing new more appealing clothing to the future generation of young boys.

This will certainly make the young boys realize the perks of femininity and surely help them create female led future.

AS the title suggest our major nations are coming to terms with that which gender is more capable.

The below graph is showing number of male and female athletes

now it’s not long before the whole world realize the true capability of women and replace patriarchy with gynarchy.

Few good stories can pull off a hero like Sarah Linden, but ‘The Killing’ gets it done. Played with some serious edge by Mireille Enos, Detective Linden starts out broken and ends up broken. Emotionally demolished and never rebuilt, this complex protagonist seems unfixable — a brave and realistic move on the part of the writers. But you saw how her entire story arc ends… did the unfixable detective really end up fixed, right at the last moment? [Read more on goodcharacters.blogspot.co.uk]

In one of Marvel’s darkest TV offerings yet, the story begins after the superhero one has already ended. Played with bite by Krysten Ritter, the eponymous Jessica Jones is compelling from the first beat, which is kind of literal: she beats people up a lot. But sometimes that’s just the way she connects with people. She’s a tangled-up character, and very realistically so: her internal disorientation is shown in almost every scene. While seagulls sang their hearts away, Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant introduced us to two of the most believable dolts on TV. Some reviewers jumped on Andy Millman as the star of ‘Extras’, but the series itself tells a bigger story — one that’s shared equally between him and Maggie Jacobs, a delightful baffoon made real by actor Ashley Jensen and a subtle bit of storytelling. ‘Arabian Nights’ is the atmospheric miniseries that sprung from ‘One Thousand and One Nights’, a compendium of Middle Eastern and South Asian stories within stories. In the miniseries, Mili Avital plays wise Scheherazade, a lover of tales whose own journey to becoming a master storyteller is wrought with peril; but also spellbinding imagination and unconditional love. Her stories say much about the world and people around her, but they say more about Scheherazade herself. [Read more on goodcharacters.blogspot.co.uk]

SCOTT & STORE TALK IDW’S WINDBLADE: THE FIRST TRANSFORMERS COMIC CREATED BY WOMEN

ByAndrew Wheeler

CA: You’re the first female writer/artist team on a Transformers book. In an ideal world that might go without comment, but I’m curious to know if you’ve encountered much resistance, especially from those who might see Transformers as a “boys” franchise.

Mairghread Scott: IDW and Hasbro have been nothing but supportive of us and, although it’s not possible for the Internet to be happy about pretty much anything, the negative comments we’ve gotten have been far outweighed by the positive responses. Change in a brand — and its creators — is never easy, but it’s absolutely vital and most fans realize that. I hear far more people who see Windblade as a great step toward opening the brand to new readers and new stories than I do fans who want everything to stay just as it was. I see far more fans being excited about the fact that Sarah’s art is completely different from the other (still fabulous) books, than wishing she could just ape someone else’s vision.

Sarah Stone: I’ve been keeping my nose to the grindstone since the announcement to work on the books, so I haven’t really been looking around much. What I have seen has been very supportive and I feel very humbled by that, but my main priority is just to have the books look as awesome as I’m physically capable of making them. Hopefully the art will speak for itself, and that I’m a girl will be just a footnote.
