Weighted sit-ups 15 reps
Weighted Russian twists 10 on each side
Side oblique crunches 15 reps

Sorry for the crappy quality but if you want to your quads & glutes to be on fire this is the workout for you!

Goblet Squat first, then curtsy lunge on each leg. Total of 10-12 reps for each exercise!
3 to 4 rounds and your legs will be burninnnnn
As you can tell this is my last round so I get a bit tired at the end.
