Same deal as last post! I spent most of October doing two yokai related art challenges- yokaitober and Ayokaiaday. I forgot to mention that I made posts for both challenges on my website Cattype.net (not .com, remember that) and that I made elaborate header images for both of them. I thought a grid was fitting since I was posting a yokai for almost everyday on the calendar. A calendar is a grid therefore grid. See? Logic.

Day 11
[Image ID: a line drawing of the smallest forest spirit from My Neighbor Totoro. It is sitting in the grass holding a large leaf over its head. Around it are sitting three kodama. One of my hobbies. I really enjoy making terrariums and decorating them. I made the kodama by mixing glow in the dark and semi transparent sculpty, then airbrushed them a little for shading. I’m definitely going to make more!

Next up in my Ghibli cat series is Purrincess Mononoke! I think my favourite is Yakul I was joking with my boyfriend that I should start a Chubby University where animals from all over the universe can come and learn the ancient arts of becoming fat and stubby
