Impromptu music video? Why not. Haven’t animated gays in a hot minute so I thought I’d remedy that. Took me four days to make this and it shows, but I had an idea and wanted to put it out there, so yeah. Enjoy.

Here’s a crop of my WIP for @Nova_Mali’s Cover Me Queer zine! For me, it’s all about the tender butterfly lesbians holding each other . This whole project is such a delight.

This was a spur of the moment “what your fic doesn’t have art?” creation, and I’m so happy I got the chance to create art for this beautiful fic (and to get to read it almost before everybody else ;D). I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! The story illustrates so wonderfully what it means to support your partner, not just in small things, but also in big life decisions.

Let us separate the meaning of the terms love and law from the photographs themselves. Let’s look at them as something wider. Love as something positive. Law as something that is equal for all. (Now that I’ve put it this way, these terms basically mean that lol)
Some of us are witnesses, and some are active participants in a time when the metaphor of unwinding the yarn is becoming more and more popular. Is that really the case or are we just starting to react to what we have seen so far? Maybe it’s something third, fourth or any xy number, it’s up to us to interpret. Of course, I have my own opinion. But because of the format, I wouldn’t want to be vague.
What we are certainly witnessing is that various steps are being taken in various areas of our society. How fast they happen, and who makes them in whose name, of course, can be analyzed. What is important to me is that we are moving towards the same destination. One of these destinations is is equality and protection for all. We should not base it on our differences. At the end of the day, and in this short text, it is banal to admit, but we are all human.
