I honestly just ate one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Definitely the best meal I’ve had in San Antonio. And I’ve had some really good meals.
But Curry Boys BBQ is something else entirely!!! A fusion of Thai Curry and Texas BBQ! I had “The Brisket Smokeshow” and HOLY WOW!!! It was a flavour explosion all up in my greedy mouth!! (Yeah, yeah, I know, settle down back there.)
I had to keep taking breaks just to savour each bite and stretch the experience out!
If you’re in San Antonio; heck, if you’re NEAR San Antonio, make the trip to Curry Boys!!! Cause, damnnnnnnn!!! Good food is GOOD!!

Even on these rainy, stormy, soggy mornings there is plenty of activity on the #farm. The #chickens don’t like it while it is coming down but they seem to enjoy all of the worms that the #rain brings.

The Ohio Brooder build part 1. I had seen this awhile back and could not remember where but after some searching I remembered the name and found the specs - http://www.plamondon.com/wp/build-200-chick-brooder-two-hours-20/. This seems like the most logical approach for us since we have an old farrowing barn with a concrete floor. Next up we need to add lights.
