Stop talking about what she’s wearing.
Let me start off by saying I’m not a Trump supporter, and I normally wouldn’t defend anything Trump and his family does. However, there comes a time when I turn on the news and just roll my eyes at how the media discusses Melania Trump’s outfits. The day she wore the pink outfit (pictured above) that apparently was called the “Pussy Bow” top, people went crazy and tried to figure out what she could possibly be implying about wearing that kind of top. Even more, when she wore a black pantsuit on the night got elected, people assumed her outfit showed that she “was in mourning.”
Come on people. This is ridiculous. Scrutinizing a woman’s outfit and that being the only topic of discussion about her doesn’t help with gender inequality. She probably just chose those outfits because she liked them. Plain and simple. Sure, maybe there is a small chance she is implying something, but why does that matter? Talk about something more important, and leave scrutinizing of an outfit behind.

People were led to believe that Trump wrote his eerily nationalistic Inaugural speech after posting this photo on Twitter a few days before the Inauguration:
Butaccording to The Wall Street Journal, Trump’s speech was written by his two aids: Steve Bannon (executive chairman of the extremely right-wing “news” page Breitbart) and Stephen Miller (infamously worked for racist Jeff Sessions who may be appointed for Attorney General).
We can’t trust a word Trump (or his wife) says to the public.
Some people’s brain rot is so deep that they seriously paint racist, homophobic, etc. right-wing women as helpless victims of their bigoted fathers and husbands. The Trump family women are genuinely evil on their own. Ben Shapiro’s wife is a racist pig in the medical profession. Margaret Thatcher was horrible. The female members of the KKK and other white supremacist terror groups are choosing to be white supremacists.
Honestly! I never understand why people say they feel bad for Melania Trump. She’s been married to Trump for years, she knows what he’s like. If she wanted a divorce she could have gotten one years ago or even during the presidency I’m sure plenty of people would support her. Melania at the very least condones Trump’s behaviour and should be held accountable for her own actions/inaction.
Things that happened during Midsummer rehearsal.
