  • 1 oz Sweet vermouth
  • 1.25 oz Bulleit Rye Whiskey

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice and stir to combine. Garnish with an orange twist.
  2. (To serve the drink up, add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.)

Ingredients

  • 6-8 tablespoons butterscotch sauce (depending how sweet you like it)
  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup bourbon whiskey (optional)
  • 2 cups ginger beer
  • Whipped cream, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat cider, bourbon and butterscotch syrup in a medium saucepan until the butterscotch dissolves and the mixture is steaming hot. Remove from heat and stir in the ginger beer. Ladle into mugs and serve with loads of whipped cream on top.

  • 1.5 oz silver tequila
  • 1.5 oz St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
  • 1 oz lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake (hard!) for a full 20 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass.

White Wine Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle white wine (I suggest sauvignon blanc but chardonnay or pinot grigio would work too)
  • 1 fresh orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 fresh white grapefruit, thinly sliced
  • 1 fresh lemon, sliced
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • 8 oz. sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Cut your slices of citrus into either halves or quarters (you can leave some whole for visual variety if you want) and place them into the bottom of a clear pitcher.
  2. Add the sugar and wine to the pitcher and stir for a couple minutes until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  4. When you’re ready to serve, remove it from the refrigerator and stir it together to make sure the sugar is completely dissolved.
  5. In each glass, add a few cubes of ice, then an ounce or so of sparkling water, then the sangria. Enjoy the lusciousness!

  • ½ lime
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • crushed ice
  • 1 ½ oz. light rum
  • club soda

Instructions

  1. Muddle* sliced lime and mint leaves with sugar in a chilled glass.
  2. Add ice and rum. I tend to be a little generous ;)
  3. Pour soda and top with a little mint leaf garnish. Ready to serve!

  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • superfine sugar, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. (Optional) prepare cocktail glass by making a slit in a lemon wedge and running the cut edge around the rim of the glass; then dip the rim in a saucer of superfine sugar to create a thin crust; chill the glass until needed.
  2. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well until chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain into prepared glass; garnish with a twist of orange or lemon peel, if the urge comes across.
