Ate at Sidecar in SLO for the first time on Friday night. Pretty damn good.
Had myself a strawberry mojito as they brought us truffle popcorn. We got ourselves the wilted spinach salad (crispy duck leg, spinach, pine nuts, dried cherries, bacon vinaigrette, parmesan) and the fried chicken… which was great but I don’t have a good photo of it.
Quando após alguns mojitos à beira da nossa piscina, minha esposa confessou ao nosso amigo que havia sido stripper durante a faculdade, ele não se conteve e lamentou ter perdido a oportunidade de vê-la dançar. Sabendo onde aquilo iria acabar, provoquei: “Mostra pra ele, amor…”
Em poucos minutos, minha amada estaria transando com meu amigo numa chaise longue após tirar a roupa ao som de Dyer Maker. No dia seguinte, colocaríamos a culpa na bebida, mas eu confessaria à minha amada o orgulho e o tesão que senti durante o seu “show” à beira da piscina.
Foi o tempo de eu atravessar a pista lotada para buscar no bar um mojito para minha esposa para, na volta, encontrá-la aos beijos com um desconhecido. Ao notar a minha presença a poucos passos dali, ela me olha limpando com a língua o excesso de saliva dos lábios e sorri. Larga o rapaz e vem caminhando em minha direção: “Me pegou, amor!” Toma a taça das minhas mãos e antes de dar um gole, pergunta: “Ah, ‘cê não ficou bravo, né? Só um beijinho…” Claro que não fiquei, mas a cara de marido ofendido faz parte do jogo e ela sabe disso: antes mesmo de terminar o mojito ela me cobrirá de beijos repetindo “Perdoa sua putinha, perdoa?”
